Alberto was the best host, he answered to messages immediately. He gave us peace but was always there for us. The apartment and the view was just like in the pictures. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely stunning location - postcard views from every direction! Martina & Nicola are fantastic hosts, super responsive and nothing was too much to ask! The house is beautiful, very an authentic 17th century Italian villa, plenty of space & perfect for families or groups. Our kids loved the animals & the big kids loved the outdoor hot tub! We will never forget our week at Rustico Bertel!! Thank you Martina & Nicola - your home is truly one of a kind. We will be back!

We really didn't have the best weather on Lake Garda but a great host. Lots of great (insider)tips, support with activities, and best accessibility before and during your stay make Nereo a TOP host. Due to the weather, we were unfortunately not really able to enjoy the outdoor area with the sensational view, but we felt very comfortable in the apartment. Big plus for our stay: Even if it is wet and cold outside, the apartment gets chubby warm in no time. The furnishings are functional (good beds) and the equipment offers everything you need (even one of Nereo's own distilled herbs!). Only warning: If you want to park directly in the designated space from the apartment, you must be an experienced reverse driver; )
