The house is very nice and tidy, the location is great,close to all attractions within 10 minutes. In snowy times, you can also enjoy sledding and winter joys in front of the house and the nearby Mukinje sledding area at about 10 minutes away. The host, Ivana, is super helpful and responsive. And a domestic dog who is always guarding the house and guests.

Beautiful place, beautiful view of the bay, very nice and communicative host. The water in the bay is very clean and clear, it's a good idea to bring a swimming mask, under the water surface you will encounter a lot of fish. A beach made of small pebbles is clean and well-maintained. The tap water is not drinkable (due to the salty taste), but hosts easily provide good water. We were with a small dog, which was no problem in the hosts building. However, you should know that there are signs at the entrance to the beach that prohibit dogs, but with reasonable care, no one pays attention to them, so it's not a problem either. Getting to the bay can be quite difficult for not very good drivers, the roads to Hvar are winding, sloping and often unsecured. However, it will be a great adventure for people who like to drive. In summary: I would definitely recommend this place and the host, choosing an apartment here you will get beautiful views, silence and unforgettable experience.

The stay was nice, the house is really small but sufficient for two. Beautiful garden. Hostess was always easily accessible. The way to the beach is a little further than expected.

We have spent wonderful time in this cozy, comfortable place. The house is located in very peaceful area with stunning view to the mountains. I highly recommend it to anyone who is seeking relax.

Great place to stay, although it was quiet and noise-free in the city. Screened in from neighbor's view of the garden. Renata and Petra are very accommodating and every compliment on the cleanliness of the house 😊

Such a lovely and beautiful place. The garden is green and peaceful and Tanja her mother is lovely. She really made us feel at home.

Beautiful and very clean appartment. The host is very nice and always willing to help you. Our little boy had his own babybed with some very cute stuffed animals. Kitchen and bathroom extremely clean with coffee machine (coffee included) and some homemade marmelade and wine. Bathroom looks like new and includes washing machine. The area around the house is quiet and safe. We would recommend it to anyone.

It's unforgettable to be inside a historic place! The location between the Bell Tower and you can see the former temple of Jupiter from your window! Everything went perfectly. Thank you very much to the hostess, she arranged everything in the best way. She told me where you can park the car and it was free . We found the room easily according to the detailed instructions with pictures. It took 5 minutes to find It was a very pleasant stay. And living on the territory of the palace is excellent.

We stayed at Leo’s for 7 days with our two young children and couldn’t have had a better experience. The apartment has everything you need, especially if you have kids (pack n play, high chair, toddler potty, kids plates/bowls/cups & utensils). It’s close to restaurants and grocery stores and is right above a bakery. It’s also about a 10-15 minute walk to Gornji Grad. Leo responds very quickly to messages and is very helpful, especially when helping you navigate the car elevator for the first time. We will definitely stay here again when back in Zagreb!

Although we were only here for one night, we loved our stay! Easily walkable to the city center and the bus/ferry terminals and clear communication with checking in. The balcony was also a huge plus to hang out and enjoy the views in the evening. Would definitely recommend Ivana’s place!

We will definitely stay at Patricia's place - everything was well furnished, clean, filled with useful household supplies. There was nothing superfluous in the apartment - a comfortable double bed, a sofa, even a sea view from the balcony. It was convenient to live, cook. Patricia recommended great places to visit, was always available and answered any questions, although there were almost none. The sea was very close, with a great pine park, cafes, tennis courts and large shopping centers where you can find everything in 7 minutes. Someone may be confused by the nearby ancient cemetery, but it is not at all visible from the windows and if I had not looked at the map, I would not have known about it:)) We had a great time! We recommend Patricia and her wonderful apartment to everyone🤍

Very nice host, apartment looks very good, nice private terrace, 5 min walk to the city centre. She gave us some good tips for lunch and dining. We cannot think of anything negative.

The apartment was perfect everything you need the views are amazing; well worth the many steps up but that's dubronik lots of steps you get a good work out ! Location was close to Old Town (10 minute walk). Safe area, good restaurants, bus station and grocery store near by.

The stay was very pleasant and relaxing. Dragana was always very helpful, for any need or advice, the response was always timely. The apartment had just been cleaned upon our arrival, the kitchen and the premises were equipped with everything we needed. The terrace was the setting for countless sunset dinners. The first beach was about a three-minute bike ride away, while the old town was about fifteen minutes away. Supermarkets were easily accessible both by bike and on foot. The residential complex was very quiet. Thank you Dragana for your hospitality and hope to see you again soon. Highly recommended!

top furnished and equipped, modern apartment with balcony on the 1st floor, very central yet quiet, parking on the premises, we were able to park ebikes in the house. Only a few minutes walk to the sea. Great communication, we were informed in advance about the most important points. Questions during the stay were answered quickly and very friendly. Very friendly point of contact! For us, it was "the best place to be" in Medulin, which we highly recommend!

We stayed a month at Ivan's place. While it's a bit far from the old town, it's a great place for longer stays. The house is spacious and comfortable. The bed is good. The kitchen had almost everything we needed. The only exception was a microwave (wasn't listed, so no surprise). However, when I asked Ivan if we could get one, he gave us a new microwave the next day. Amazing! Ivan is a great host. He responded fast and helped whenever we needed. The internet is superfast, very good for work. The house has a desk, which was okay. However, the char is not like in the listing and uncomfortable, we couldn't use. Our overall experience was great. Recommended place.

A lovely place to stay just inland from the busier sea front but still only a few minutes walk to the beach. Natalia gave us a great recommendation for a wonderful swimming spot on the island. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic view from the balcony - better than watching TV! Lovely swimming pool. A steep walk from the beach - but so is everywhere near here!. A great location in a lovely authentic village - all amenties nearby. I'd recommend the local fish restaurant too!!
