Monthly Rentals in Cypress Gardens

In the area for work, and needed a place to stay for one night. This place was very convenient, as well as safe, secure, and peaceful. This place appeared to be really new and everything was provided for us. I really truly appreciate everything you did. I am originally from this area, so I’m extremely familiar with Winter Haven and Lake Alfred. When I saw the address, I knew exactly where I would be staying and I was very pleased, downtown Winter Haven is five minutes away. Downtown Lake Alfred and downtown Auburndale are easily no more than five minutes from this location. Lakeland is about 15 to 20 minutes, depending on traffic. No matter where you need to be this is a great place. Whatever I need to be in this area again I will definitely stay again.

Just as expected. Kelly was super nice and informative about local restaurants. Very peaceful, private and quiet to be so close to major roadways. We will definitely stay again our next visit.

What a great place to stay. We were there for 2 months. We found the location was really easy to get to places around Winter Haven. The WiFi worked well. We enjoyed having laundry machines in the house. If you cook be sure to turn on the exhaust fan before cooking or the smoke alarm will blast at you.(we discovered that one out) The house was wonderful for Dan to have a place for his office to work from home, and Gloria had a perfect place for sewing projects. We loved being able to stay in this wonderful home.

Gia was an excellent communicator and was incredibly professional when it came to the details but friendly and cordial when it came to more informal conversation. overall a phenomenal host
