It is 20 meters from the sea and with 2+1 room capacity, 6 people can stay in high level comfort. Our apartment, which is in a zero, elevator apartment, has many equipment such as washing machine, dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, TV, hair dryer, iron, kitchenware, tea and Turkish coffee machine. Our apartment is located in a private building with security cameras and has all the furniture to meet your needs. There is a Carrefour supermarket on the ground floor of our building, which makes life of our guests much easier in terms of kitchen needs etc. 2 minutes of walk there are also many restaurants and shops where you can find world cuisines

The apartment utilizes the top two storeys of our three storey family building. The first floor has two bathrooms and three bedrooms, while the upper floor has a spacious living room, a washroom, a kitchen and a large terrace that offers a wide view of the Fethiye Bay. The top floor underwent renovation in the summer of 2019, though the house itself is 25 years old and in very good condition.
