Monthly Rentals in Derry

Such a beautiful location on the lake in the lovely town of Derry. The place was spotless and had all the amenities, nothing has been forgotten. Beds were cozy and great bunks for the kids. It snowed outside but inside was lovely and warm. And the hot tub was amazing! So relaxing sitting in the tub looking out to the lake. Beautiful views from the top floor as you wake up in the morning. Highly recommend Shawn’s place. Would definitely stay again.

Victorian Charm IS charming! It’s also clean, convenient, safe, quiet, surprisingly spacious (2 sitting areas separate from the 2 bedrooms!), comfortable and very cozy. It checked all the boxes! Staying here was truly delightful. We came to Derry for The Cheap Marathon and this lodging was the perfect location for us. Cheryl is very responsive and friendly but respects your space. We arrived to find hostess gifts of fresh eggs from her hens (made a divine omelette!) and chocolates. She gave us a lunch/gift shop recommendation for our last day as we headed out of town and it was so good. She checked on our needs daily through the app. Victorian Charm not only has a full-sized kitchen, it also has full-sized washer & dryer. And my favorite amenities, a toaster oven and electric kettle. It was also nice to have a shower-tub combo instead of just a standup shower stall. A good soak in the tub can do wonders. There’s a round dining table in the turret part of the floor plan. So cute!!

We enjoyed our stay at this bnb. The unit, located in the basement, was easy to find and impeccably clean including the bathroom and we appreciated the provided shampoo and conditioner. The bedroom had a comfortable king-size bed with clean linens. The bnb's lakeside location offered stunning scenery, visible from the living room window. Robert was highly responsive throughout. When we accidentally left a personal item behind, they promptly shipped it back to us, which we greatly appreciated. It’s worth noting that, as mentioned in the host's profile, the family has seven children, and occasionally it can be noisy from upstairs (thudding and/or running around). Nevertheless, we highly recommend this bnb!
