Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Devon

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Absolutely beautiful flat with incredible views. The whole place was clean and tidy. Loved the idea of the Honesty box system. Was so nice to be able to both sit and enjoy a drink before we had the chance to pop to the shops. Lovely place, would stay again.

We had a fabulous stay at Charlotte and Kim’s place. Really luxurious yet comfortable! Beautiful location, house and gardens and so well kitted out. Perfect accommodation for our extended family. Thank you for such a lovely weekend.

We had a wonderful long weekend staying at the Salthouse. It's ideally located for shops, pubs and restaurants, and also the harbour and sea front. Jo and John were easily contactable and very accommodating, and have thought of every comfort you could wish for in the house, making it feel like a home not just a holiday property. It's beautifully decorated with lots of spacious rooms.

Just got home from a last minute 2 night stay at torvale lodge, it was a real last minute decision we are local to the area about a 20 minute drive so just last minute decided to book and go. Only 2 adults and 2 children and our 2 dogs, sounds crazy as we had this huge lodge but i literally cannot reccomend this place enough!! Its PERFECT for kids, I was so relaxed and the boys were so entertained, hot tub, pool table, sauna, ps5, Nintendo switch, endless family games, basketball, mini golf, the list is endless. Everything has been thought about in so much detail, it lacks nothing, even down to guitars… I have searched air BnB and there is nothing on this scale, we did try to book another night on, but it was so last minute the cleaning team couldn’t accomodate. But they tried there hardest. Marc who greeted us was a lovely top guy, and so helpful, and credit to him for the lodge!! We would go back in a heartbeat honestly!! YOU HAVE TO GO!!! EXCEPTIONAL!!Can’t wait for our next stay x

We had a lovely stay at Pignut Barn, the accommodation was clean, spacious and had some brilliant facilities to enjoy, such as the cinema room, outdoor pool and tennis court!! The private area was perfect for us to enjoy the beautiful weather, views and explore the local wildlife. Tish was an amazing host very welcoming, answered all our questions quickly! I would highly recommended Pignut Barn to everyone.

Wonderful few days Peaceful, quiet, garden dog friendly and secure. Walk from the house for the dogs and grandkids. Lovely inside, repeating what everyone has said already. Totally recommend

Fantastic !!! Booked this home as part of my wifes 70th birthday celebrations for 6 adults and 3 grandchildren aged 3,6 & 9. Tracy met us on arrival to show us around this wonderful house and pass on everything we needed to know. The house in real life is better than the photos. It is so spacious and as my granddaughter said Tracy has thought of everything there is so much for us to do. Tracy also left us a lovely home made cake. The kitchen was a great communal place with a 10 seater table overlooking the amazing outdoor space via two sets of patio doors. A great way to start the day. All rooms were a good size. Outdoors there is a beautiful large garden with a trampoline for the kids, a gas bbq for the adults a barn with a table tennis table and a host of toys and ride on vehicles for the little ones. Go through the gap at the end of the garden to the very popular tree house Nobody wanted to leave after a fantastic couple of days. This is a great house.

Really enjoyable stay. Our family loved the house and the location. The house is beautiful and really made the difference for our holiday. The downstairs kitchen area is a great space and made meal times fun and enjoyable. Cinema room was then a great place to just relax in the evenings. The house just felt luxurious and it's clear that a lot of time and thought was put into it! Plenty to do in the local area as well, which was nice as we didn't have to drive much once we arrived. Fantastic house and brilliant facilities unfortunately as it was just a short stay we didn’t have time to make use of the cinema room or hot tub but we certainly would have if we had been there longer. The massive dinner table was amazing and we as a party of 10 sat comfortably around it dining and playing games. It is located in the heart of Teignmouth and a very short walk from the beach so no car was needed. Parking was just a short walk away and very reasonably priced. We would highly recommend this property.
