Swati's place was as described in the listing, although photos don't do justice to the spectacular view from the balcony, especially during sunset. I would recommend to follow Swati's instructions to reach the place, as google maps doesn't work perfectly in the vicinity of the apartment. The apartment is on the 5th floor of a building, but as the building is built on the slopes of a hill, the road goes right upto the apartment floor. No need of stairs or lifts. An amazing stay for your weekend getaway from the daily city chaos. The Host Aditya is an amazing person as much as the little cottage is. This location is best for solo travellers or duo's which offers everything you need, peace, privacy, amazing weather, all basic amenities & lot more. The host is highly hospitable, respects your privacy, offers over & above arrangements as required. It's a bit of pricey stay but worth every penny you pay for. For anyone planning to stay, please do follow the rules, keep the house & location clean & beautiful as it is.

Our little family, including our pet dog, had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The accommodation is small but has all the basic amenities. WiFi did glitch initially, but the host promptly resolved the issue. Shrivardhan Beach (700m) and Harihareshwar Beach (20km) are easily accessible. A big thumbs up to the delicious home-cooked meals provided by the neighbor! Recommended for a peaceful, pet-friendly beach vacation!

We were a multi generational family who had a good get together at Rohit’s place . It was a peaceful haven with a great home cooked food and all our needs attended to with a smile . We would definitely recommend this place to those seeking calm and spending quality time with each other . The pool and badminton added to the fun . Will be back :)
