Our stay at David's place was exactly what you want from an Airbnb. David was proactive with getting the keyless touchpad programmed to the code that we provided. His place was very spacious with vaulted ceiling in the living and dining rooms. The furniture was in excellent condition and was very comfortable. The beds had ample blankets and were very comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessary items that most guests would expect. We rarely dine out when we travel and the kitchen had everything that we needed to prepare our meals. David's place is close to Midland University and about a mile from the main business district. David's place is located in a group of newer townhouses and the area was very quiet. If we happen to travel to Fremont in the future, we will definitely try to reserve a stay with David.

We really enjoyed staying here for a few months. We were in town for work and this apartment had everything we needed. John was super helpful and regularly made sure we had everything we needed. We would 100% consider staying here again and would no doubt recommend it to anyone who needed a nice place to stay.

Interesting and unique experience. Lots of space on three levels. Game room area was a surprise and fun. Spacious kitchen. Fun little sitting area and bedroom on the top floor. Cozy and comfortable and quiet.
