Exactly as described, the apartment is clean and tidy, and big enough for long stays. The building is very well maintained, the common patio is great. The area is a few blocks from Centro and the area, while not very attractive, feels safe even at night. Staff is also very responsive. I will definitely go back for a longer stay in Guatemala City.

100% recommended a place with a beautiful garden! Madeline and Claudia were always attentive. A perfect place to get out of the city but close at the same time.

🦋 La Farfalla has 3 true bedrooms, is nicely appointed, and well supplied. Located away from the main highway in Mixco, it has a pleasant residential vibe with quality amenities. Perfect for short or long-term stays. Lots of windows and a sliding glass door for balcony access provide pleasant lighting throughout the day and ample ventilation keeps the temperature quite comfortable. Local transportation is readily available and I used InDrive. The stores one would typically need are within a short distance along with a variety of nice restaurants. I stayed for 2 months and wanted for nothing. Plus, 24/7 security is 5⭐️. (Single female world traveler approved!) Rosario is an attentive and caring host without being intrusive. She is committed to providing a great guest experience and I highly recommend her apartment as the #1 choice in Mixco.🦋

Everything's great. Only an observation the fans of the rooms do not heat anything, it would be excellent AC in the rooms only
