Monthly Rentals in Donisthorpe

We stayed at Shaun's cottage for two nights as we were attending a wedding at nearby Thorpe Gardens. Shaun had provided us with very clear instructions for check in and finding his place; we were driving from Birmingham and had no problems with our arrival experience. Shaun's cottage was very clean, fresh and tidy. The kitchen and living room were very cosy and provided a lovely respite for us. The bedroom and bathroom were also very clean with little clutter. The cottage has a lovely outlook to a garden space, it's a perfect hideaway for anyone looking for a country escape. Unfortunately we weren't staying for too long so we didn't get to explore the area, but would very much consider returning to the cottage for a holiday in the area.

Sarah and David are fantastic hosts. They responded to every message and made sure we felt comfortable. They accommodated our children so well and were so thoughtful with the small touches. The accommodation was spotless and well equipped. Thank you so much- we will one hundred percent be back to stay when visiting our family in Leicestershire.

Needed a night away with my maid of honour the night before my wedding so was looking for somewhere local! The annexe at frost cottage was perfect!!! It was everything we needed! Beautiful decor and perfectly clean!! Couldn’t fault it! Really comfy sofas and bed! We stayed in watched father of the bride and cooked a stir fry! Liz left us a lovely bottle of bubbles for our evening! A fabulous stay, would recommend to anyone!

We had a lovely stay at Sally’s cottage with our two young children. The property was well furnished and beds/sofas really comfy. There are lots of nice added features such as blankets in the front room to coat up under. Our children really enjoyed playing in the garden. The bedrooms worked fine for us and we managed the stairs with aid of stair gates. Only thing I would mention is that the toilet is downstairs and away from the bedrooms so this might be an issue for some visitors but we had no problems. Overall a lovely property.
