Such a cute, peaceful spot! It was easy to navigate to, even in winter (February). It was so pretty in the snow and very cosy. There is a dog nearby that barks when you drive up, but they are not unfriendly.

Wow! What an incredible place! We had such a wonderful time here. So peaceful and immersed in the wonderful Latvian countryside. The farmhouse is beautiful and feels like going back in time, whilst also having all the things you need in 2024 including wifi and bluetooth speakers and cinema (useful for the kids on the rainy days!) We all spent lots of time on or by the lake and the surrounding fields and forests. Another highlight was of course Bono the dog, such a lovely character. We enjoyed our stay so much and Rihards was always very helpful and responsive. We hope to return again in future.

Great kitchen, awesome amenities, comfortable furniture. Awesome that we could adjust the temperature, huge shower and great lighting for romantic nights.

Enjoyed a lovely stay at Jānis’ house - the home was cozy and comfortable, just like in the pictures. Well equipped kitchen and a beautiful bathroom. We slept like babies. The house is 5m away from one of Latvias coolest river hiking trails.
