The apartment is as described and photographed. Decorated with great taste, it has a magnificent view of the Burj. The owner is attentive and very responsive. If I were to come back to Dubai, I would not hesitate for a second to rent this apartment again.

We stayed at Andrei’s Airbnb for 30 days, and it was an amazing experience! The studio is perfect—modern, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Andrei was a fantastic host, always responsive and helpful throughout our stay. His apartment is amazing! Spacious, modern, and beautifully furnished, it’s by far the best of the 20+ units I've seen. The balcony view is fantastic, and the building amenities, including the pool and gym, are top-notch. Krystof was an excellent host—friendly and always ready to help. Highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for comfort and convenience in Dubai!
