Monthly Rentals in Dunedin Beach

Very nice condo! Pool and hot tub on the property, close to Dunedin and bike trail. Has 2 nice balconies. Tiki bar at the property a nice place to eat, drink and watch the sunset, but we advise to skip the “free shots” at sunset😜

Everything was wonderful. walking distance to everything. Definitely would stay again.

We really liked the location to everything. Place was cozy and clean. Had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Since our flight had been delayed was allowed to stay a few extra hours. Thank you very much for that. 👍👍

We had the most amazing stay at Frank’s, from the moment we booked until check out, we were made to feel very comfortable and welcome. The space was immaculate and fully equipped with everything needed in the kitchen, beautiful bedding and the bathroom had plenty of towels and extras in case we forgot anything. Frank and his family were quick to respond if we had any questions. My husband needed to fly home in an emergency and I didn’t hesitate and felt very safe staying there. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful and we were able to sit and enjoy some time outside soaking up the sun. We will defintely book with Frank and stay in the cozy space again. Thanks again for a wonderful stay
