Monthly Rentals in Edgewater, Chicago

Dean was an exceptional host, even going out of his way to add a pack and play as a unit amenity ahead of our stay (walk in closet is the perfect size for a crib if you have a kid!). He is extremely friendly and responsive. The unit is gorgeous and the neighborhood is cute and safe. This place has everything you need and a handful of special touches that go above and beyond making the stay so enjoyable. Comfy bed and fluffy towels. My in laws are in the neighborhood, but if you're looking to visit the downtown area your just a short drive away. Highly recommend! We will be back.

Don and Mary are wonderful I loved staying in there lovely home Don is fabulous and super generous and if this is your first time in Chicago Don is your man / he’d give you advice about the traffic and commute and food almost everything. The location is perfect so many restaurants and stores and you can just walk Bottom line if you are coming to Chicago you should stay with don

A great place in a great neighborhood. The perfect stay for the New Year's weekend.

Phenomenal location, as it is extremely close to Wrigley Field. We were able to walk to the Field in 3 minutes. We also discovered stocked amenities like coffee, toiletries, and a snack basket, upon arrival, which was a nice unexpected bonus. The pull out sofa beds and one of the guest beds were firm, and although I did not like them personally, my boyfriend thought they were great. The second double bed had a mattress topper that made it much softer. Host was very responsive when reached out to. Would (and probably will) stay again!
