Craigiehall Keep

ZaraRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Second time staying here as it’s perfect for a family of four. My children love watching the planes and trains from the living room and have lots of space to play, and enjoyed exploring the garden. The house is very comfortable and cosy and the kitchen is well equipped. Definitely need a car to stay here as it’s a long way from any public transport but it was a great base for visiting Edinburgh and the surrounding area.

Charming Renovated 19th-century Coach House

MING HOWRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This Airbnb is full of aesthetic charm, thoughtful architecture, and personal touches that make it truly special. The beautifully designed stairs, curated lighting, and carefully chosen decorations reflect the host’s artistic soul — especially through their own artwork displayed throughout the home. Every detail, from the kitchen to the bathroom and bedroom, is designed from the guest’s perspective with comfort and quality in mind. Staying here offers a taste of slow living in Edinburgh — waking up to views of Arthur’s Seat, listening to the radio while cooking, or playing board games lovingly prepared by the host. After 10 nights, we know we’ll miss this warm, beautiful house deeply. Highly recommended.

Beautiful 2 bedroom house

HansaRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Justyna’s place is a beautiful, warm and welcoming home. It’s actually the family’s residence and she’d given it on Airbnb while they may be traveling. We went there around Christmas so we got the house all decked up with a beautiful lit Christmas tree, something which came as a pleasant surprise and goes on to show how thoughtful the host is! What’s great about the place: - Squeaky clean (you get the house in such spic & span condition that you are always too careful to keep it that way!) - Has everything one needs - Equipments all working; kitchen was very organised - Supplies were generous (both in kitchen, bathroom etc) - Peaceful and safe neighborhood - Justyna is very responsive and friendly; she was very accommodating for a late checkout - Gorgeous backyard What one can be mindful of when booking: May be it was the public holidays but cabs from the neighborhood to city centre have a longish wait time (15-20 mins) so one has to plan accordingly. Will definitely stay again!

West Edinburgh (Airport/Murrayfield/City Centre)

JamesRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We needed a 2 month stay in the costorphine area of West Edinburgh and Allans house was ideal for us. It is a great location, quiet and accessible for shops and buses to the city. The house is exactly as described and illustrated by the photos with all the things we needed for a longer stay. Linen and fresh towels were supplied every week and there was plenty of hot water and very efficient and modern central heating. Allan is a great host taking time to make sure we were well set up for the longer stay and the neighbourhood is quiet and friendly. An unexpected extra which was very useful for us was a full size built in freezer next to the fridge. All other key items were as per the listing such as washing machine and WiFi.

Twenty DC perfect for Edinburgh and North Berwick

BabafemiRating, 5 stars11 months ago
It is a gem of a place that is particularly well-suited for family accommodation provided not bigger than four or five people. The environment is quiet and the property has a distinct green feel to it. The distance to the city centre means that one has the advantage of seeing and experiencing some of the greenery and beauty of Edinburgh.

Peaceful Coach House for four in Trinity,Edinburgh

LisaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Kirsteen and Rupert were super friendly beforehand and whilst we were at their property. The Coach House is fantastic location for both privacy and getting places! You have access to many very local things to see and experience. You are also so close to public transport to town and beaches. I would highly recommend the Coach House and hope to go back again. Thanks so much Kirsteen and family!

Jo’s Garden Light House

JamesRating, 5 stars5 months ago
Although we had only booked this property due to flight cancellations and lack of hotel options, the silver lining was getting to spend a short but sweet stay at this property. The surrounding area is calm and peaceful, and the house itself was so cosy, comfy and very well decorated. we wish we could have stayed longer, thanks!

Attractive, well-equipped and comfortable home

MikeRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Our stay at Mary's was everything we hoped for and more! Such a lovely home in a bucolic village along the Firth of Forth - we loved it! Close to the train to Edinburgh, Glasgown and Troon; close to motorways heading to points north, and a quiet town for breakfast by the water. It provided us with a great base for seeing Scotland and it felt like coming home every day. Mary was so easy to connect with - unfortunately we left as she was coming home so that is my only regret! I would absolutely reach out to Mary again when we come back! Thank you Mary, for sharing your home with us. It truly made our stay in Scotland a memorable one. Mike & Annie and family

Leith 3 bedroom house- April & Festival bookings

EmilyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Anna’s place was absolutely wonderful. We were travelling with our toddler which is always daunting but she left some toys and books for my son to play with and there were toddler friendly furniture left in the kitchen which made our stay so much easier. The house was absolutely beautiful, very spacious, homely and had great facilities. Anna even recommended local vegan places for us to try which was a huge help! Would 100% recommend and would love to stay again on our next trip to Edinburgh.

Luxurious 3 bedroom ground floor apartment

IsmaelRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Great place, within walking distance of grocery stores and coffee shops. (Try HATA coffee shop, amazing coffee and porridge). Julie’s place is cozy and has good amenities, (it has a Nespresso coffee maker but no coffee pods, so it was useless). The living room has to large couches but a bit dirty and worn cushions. Other than that, great place and you are within 10 minutes by uber ($20) from all major attractions in Edinburgh.
