Monthly Rentals in Eltham

This is a really nice and private studio which matches the pics and descriptions really well. Well connected to London as well through the Elizabeth Line at Abbey Wood which is just a short bus ride away. The area is very quiet and residential. the studio itself is spotless and a great place to stay especially if you need privacy and quiet. Nadia is as perfect a host as you can ask for who is always responsive, helpful and highly accommodating. She was able to help me check-in early despite very late notice on my end without any trouble, consistently checked in on me regarding my stay as well as helping me with my own tasks and finding a more permanent place to rent. One of the kindest people I have met in London so far. Highly recommend staying here and would love the chance to book a stay here again in the near future.

10/10! Really nice hosts, always helpful and available anytime! What can I say? Room was fantastic, everything very clean and neat, I made new friends and just to add the cherry on the cake... you could see horses from the window! That really made my stay! It was just incredible, you'll enjoy if you love a bit of countryside, peaceful and not too far from shops and citycentre. Will definitely come here again!

The apartment is very nice furnished, warm, clean, with an independent entrance and an excellently located. We came from France, docked in Dover, took the train directly from Dover to London Bridge and from London Bridge to Eltham and in a few minutes we arrive at the Air BNB from Anisha and Olle. Immediately we felt like home. We stayed just three nights but it was excellent days and we enjoyed all our trips around Greenwich and London downtown. Thank you for everything and we hope coming back in summer or spring another year.

I had a great stay at Sam and Laila’s place. The room was big, clean and bright with a TV and sitting area. It was so nice having an ensuite bathroom and a lovely and cozy backyard. The train station and bus stops were close by which was very convenient. The whole family were so friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend Sam and Laila’s place to everyone. Especially, solo female travellers.
