Monthly Rentals in Enka Village

David place is amazing. If you are looking to stay in comfortable relaxing cabin with great neighbors and occasional wildlife then David’s place is for you. I didn’t want to leave. Thank you for making my stay in Asheville the best it could have been!

Our family really enjoyed staying at Smithson’s cottage. The fenced-in yard was awesome for the kids and our dog, and the cottage itself was really nice. We had a great time!

The home was beautiful and welcoming. The hosts were very communicative and so nice. They made sure we had everything we needed. The surroundings were peaceful and quiet. This was a working trip which we would normally just get a hotel for but i am so happy we didnt. We will return for sure!

I had a great stay at Timo's! It was a comfortable space and the kitchen had everything I needed. Having the washer and dryer in the unit was super convenient for my month stay. Communication with Timo was always easy and timely. During the first week of my stay when the boil water advisory in Asheville was still in effect, Timo dropped off bottled and well water which was very helpful.
