Matt was a great host and very responsive. The house was a great location, close to Colchester and our wedding venue in Feering. Rooms were spacious, great communal area, kitchen and living room. All utensils provided. Would highly recommend

This was my first booking with Airbnb so I didnt really know what to expect but Mel has certainly set the standard. She is a friendly, helpful, honest, and incredibly responsive host. The house was exactly as described and the quiet location was perfect for us. We'll definitely stay again when we return to Mersea Island, which was beautiful too!

Absolutely perfect stay in a beautiful area. The house was spotless and even bigger than the photos show! It was perfect for 4 adults and my 16 month old daughter. Stuart sent great instructions through and loads of information about the local area, although we actually loved the house and grounds so much that we didn’t venture any further - we had a lovely few relaxing days in the house and walks around the woodland. My daughter even got to feed the goats. Will definitely come back, and will do a summer visit too as the pool looked beautiful.

The place was lovely and clean, well presented and really well equipped. Mark was really responsive and helpful. The location was fabulous, perfect access to the beach, the pier and all the shops.

We had a wonderful stay. The flat is really close to the beach and looks even better in reality than the pictures. And Barbara is a fabulous host- very responsive, and she was really helpful about a couple of matters.

Stayed here for 3 nights as was visiting my sister who lives nearby, everything was as described, nice was very kind and very helpful! My only issue is was the amount of stairs (with a baby/pram) that said I would stay here again 100%, thanks nico for a welcoming stay!

The apartment was prestine. Check in was great. The lovely lady from Bournemouth checked us in and made sure our fridge was stocked with milk and water and teas and coffees. She was lovely and very helpful. Everything was walking distance and perfect for us. Thanks again would highly recommend.

Gareth's place is a great place to stay, close to the sea front with a short walk to pubs and restaurants which are really good. The apartment has everything you need and is really comfortable. A great host and i will definitely be back.

Had a great stay here, the apartment was perfect. Everything was clean and tidy and we had all of the things we needed, it was even nicer and bigger than in the pics. Shelby was an amazing host and always helped with any queries we had. The area was nice & the owners of the cafè downstairs were always very helpful too. I will 100% be back to stay here. Wow! it's the easiest way to describe our whole stay. The apartment was fantastic, from the moment you stepped in, it felt like home. A place to unwind and relax. Everything is placed in such a lovely way that it feels like you put it there yourself it genuinely felt like our own home. The view from the balcony was incredible. Being able to sit there and drink a coffee looking out over the ocean was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back again for another get away!! Thank you to Mark and Maxine for hosting such a fabulous apartment!

Fab place closed to train station and gorgeous beaches nearby. Definitely walk to Frinton and get out early before tide takes away the beach! We will be back!

Had a great stay at Katy’s space. Everything was clean, comfortable and matched the description and we enjoyed the goodies Katy stocked the kitchen with to get us going! Great location - very close to everything we needed. If I was ever in Walton or Essex again would be happy to stay again. Communicating with Katy was very easy and she was happy to help with any questions!

I am a heavy travellers . I stayed so many places before. Hotels or flats. Aniesha’s flat is like a five star hotel suite! Very modern and stylish. The building is only 1.5years old. Very clean and the location is very convenient just in front of railway station and near supermarket and shopping center. Lots of restaurants nearby. It makes me feel like home. Thank you Aniesha! Aniesha is a very nice host. I already look forward to coming back again! Wish a merry Christmas and Happy new year.

I had a fantastic stay at Andrea's place! I needed to stay in London for a month long work trip. After a couple bad experiences trying to book a longer stay on Airbnb I luckily found Andrea's place. Andrea was a fantastic host, very communicative and helpful. She checked in on me and organised cleanings around my schedule. The flat is as lovely as the pictures. Clean and tidy, perfect for a quiet stay. I was very comfortable and enjoyed my stay. There are plenty of international supermarkets nearby and bus stops that can take you to Stratford or the nearby tube stations. Overall this was one of my best experiences at an Airbnb and I wouldn't hesitate to book again! Thank you Andrea :)

I want to thank Samantha, she was very attentive throughout and also recommended wonderful places in the area. It's a beautiful and warm apartment, you feel right at home, it has a gorgeous view of the beach where you can enjoy fantastic sunsets, the place has everything you need to make your stay magical and unforgettable, very clean and comfortable place. This apartment is spacious, clean and clutter free. The views across London are superb and the host friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the weekend we stayed saw the part closure of the DLR which was a shame as the station is moments from the property. However we walked into Canary Wharf in twenty minutes and from there the Jubilee line is convenient. Poplar is an interesting area to explore with a fascinating history. I am very happy to recommend this apartment and am planning to return.
