Great property, perfect for our needs. Loads of room and very well thought out. Would definitely return. The host was very helpful and friendly.

Lovely house for a trip to London.

We thoroughly enjoyed the 3 adjoined cottages as it gave extra space and privacy too. The games room is inspired - a refuge for older children or adults with table tennis, table football, a radio and outdoor games but an independent goal for our toddlers too with gocarts and balls. Walking routes from the door meant no travelling by car for us so we'll have to visit again to see some of the many sights we've yet to visit! There are quite a lot of stairs between all the cottages which the children loved but put their parents on guard! The views the hillside afforded though were magnificent. And the animals on the working farm were a source of delight. Well equipped, Kate was on hand should we have any queries.

This is a fantastic place to stay. Very much a home. Lots of space, beautiful garden. Lovely views from garden. Very close to Saffron Walden. Walks straight from the house. We had a lovely family weekend.

We had a great stay at this luxury apartment in London. The space was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with plenty of dishes and kitchenware, making it convenient for our needs. The apartment’s design offered a charming mix of modern comfort and classic London character. One thing to note is the stairs—while they are quite steep, this is typical of many older London apartments. It was manageable for us, but it’s something to keep in mind if you have mobility issues or a lot of luggage. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and we appreciated the attention to cleanliness and detail. We’d recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic London stay!

Our stay at Mark and Dee’s lovely home was wonderful. The location was truly perfect and completely convenient —lots of shops and restaurants and a 5 min walk to the central line. The home was beautiful with modern appliances, a lovely back garden, and enough space for our entire family to have their own bedrooms and baths. Lastly, Mark and Dee were always responsive and ready to help with any questions and or concerns that we may have had during our stay. We will definitely be staying at Mark and Dee’s again in the future.

Louise was an amazing host and very easy to communicate with. I’d booked this for my wife and my sisters for their bridal shower event. The space was exactly as in the images and spacious. Spotless with a massive hot tub, even an arcade machine game PAC-MAN. The kitchen came equipped with everything you could need and the space was perfect for their pictures. Perfect for a girls event, extremely pleased and will definitely be booking again soon. Thank you Louise.

I recently had the pleasure of hosting a staycation at Ashmi’s delightful home in Royston, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the warmest of welcomes and a beautifully presented basket of goodies. It was filled with delectable local treats, indulgent chocolates, and even a bottle of milk to have a cuppa at the start of our stay. Accompanying this was a thoughtfully compiled book of recommendations, brimming with insider tips on the best local spots to explore—from quaint tearooms to scenic country walks. The house itself was absolutely immaculate, with a spotless kitchen that was a joy to use, and spacious, beautifully designed living areas where we could all relax and unwind. Every nook of the home exuded charm and comfort, ensuring that everyone felt right at home. The highlight for us all was undoubtedly the jacuzzi, a luxurious retreat that provided hours of relaxation and laughter under the stars. It’s soothing warmth!

We had the pleasure of staying for an entire month in this immaculate property where we immediately felt at home. Located in a quiet residential area but close to local amenities the facilities are excellent and the hosts go above and beyond to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. We would wholeheartedly recommend this property.

This was our second year at Dynes cottage and we enjoyed it just as much as the first. Such a beautiful house and space to relax in with so much room. Catherine is a great host, very responsive to any questions but unobtrusive. Finding local cakes left for us on arrival was of course very gratefully received ! Highly recommended this beautiful farmhouse for a group of friends or families, you won’t be disappointed 🥰

Eleven of us stayed in the barn and stables for the weekend. The barn and stables both have fantastic living, dining and cooking spaces especially the barn which has a double height gallery. All the bedrooms are comfortable, clean and private. The pool is amazing and very well maintained. Our host made sure we had everything we needed. The grounds are delughtful with plenty of lovely doves and chickens. We had a great stay and would highly recommend :)

Had a lovely stay at this barn, spent a night there for my friends hen do. Ema-Louise was really nice and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Ema-Louise even brought round one of her horses for a photo shoot with the bride-to-be who is obsessed with horses. The swimming pool is amazing, with plenty of sun loungers to use to relax around the pool. All-in-All, absolutely perfect place to stay and we will look to book again at some point.

Caravan was so clean and perfect for us, 2 adults and 3 children. Bed linen lovely and fresh and the bathroom was spotless. Location on the Parkdean site was great, a very short walk to the swimming pool, arcades, and bar/restaurant. Would highly recommend this lovely accommodation. Sharon was great and came back very quickly to my queries.

we rented both the rose and court barns, absolutely lovely buildings amd having the pool was great, we met Nigel on arrival he was friendly and polite,he walked us through the barns and showed us how everything worked, all in all we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back for a return visit.

Mark was a great host, I contacted him the day before my intended stay with a last minute panic booking, he replied immediately and put me at ease, answered all of my questions and got my family booked in. The accommodation itself was very reasonably priced for a family of 5 in August, the van was bigger than expected which was a lovely surprise, very basic but exactly what we needed, we have family in St Osyth village so know our way around the beautiful area but for those that don’t I can’t recommend the area enough. The linen isn’t provided during the stay, however Mark put me in touch with a lovely lady called Dawn. I ordered all the bed linen through her and she met me at the van on arrival with a basket full of clean pressed bedding for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend her and her fab service. All in all a great stay

Me and my family had a great stay at Beatrice caravan we will definitely come again as long as there is availability to stay. Great communication from the start, a very spacious and comfortable Caravan for a large family, great pool for everyone to use and the club house is also great.
