Apartment holiday rentals in EUR, Rome

The apartment is as described and seen in the photos. It is literally 1 minute walk from the Colosseum. Although it was not too cold in the city, it is true that the temperature in the apartment was very nice and we didn't get cold at any time. Everything was very clean. It is a very comfortable apartment to go around the city.

We had a wonderful stay in Jochen's apartment! The apartment was in a nice neighbourhood, with restaurants nearby. It was the ideal spot to discover Rome.

We return to Spain loved our stay in Fabio e Mauro's apartment. Before traveling they helped us organize the trip with their directions on the apartment and the services, both from the establishment itself, and those close to it. They made it easier for us to check in on arrival in Rome and during our stay they were always aware of us for anything we need. The apartment is a wonder, clean, flirty, with all the amenities offered in the listing and super cozy. It is in a small, quiet street, with many amenities (supermarket, restaurants...) and very close to the Colosseum and Fontana di Trevi. When we did the chek out we forgot the charger of a mobile and they were so kind that they took us to the locker point where we had left our luggage...they are great. Without a doubt, if we return to Rome we will repeat with them.

Excellent accommodation, in a strategic place in Rome, a charm. We did several things on foot (including going to Trastevere); super close to the piazza navona. We were very easy to use public transportation, as there is a bus stop in front of the apartment. Although it is very well located, very privacy and little noise. Wifi worked well. Comfortable bed and pillows. The place fully designed to welcome the guest, with all necessary amenities. Great hairdryer! We strongly recommend! Celeste was helpful and quick in the responses!

Raimondo is a great host. This Airbnb is just right for a short stay and for work purposes. It is located in a convenient area, walkable to various markets, and to the ocean. The tenants in the building are lovely. If I must stay within close proximity to the airport, then, I will choose Raimondo's Airbnb again.

We had a perfectly wonderful stay! The location was ideal, so close to the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Circus Maximus, and Palatine Hill. Walkable from the train station, Roma Termini and many other iconic locations. The apartment is surrounded by lovely restaurants and cafes. The apartment is exactly as pictured with nice updates and was clean and free of clutter. The unit has a washer/dryer combo which helped us greatly on our visit from the U.S. Our 2 teenage boys appreciated having their own beds and bedrooms, which is something we could not find at a hotel. Our hosts were extremely accommodating and quickly answered any questions we had. We felt like a local, which is exactly what we wanted. We will happily stay again if we return to Rome. We have been to Rome several times and stayed with Rico for the first time. We were very happy with our choice. The apartment is very nicely furnished and clean. The roof top terrace is great. Rico was friendly and easy to contact. You can walk into the historic city Center and enjoy the beautiful quarter of Prati. Full recommendation.

Ginevra was extremely attentive and helped us get in before check-in and leave without problems for check-out. The location is excellent and is located near the train station.

We had a wonderful stay at Carlotta’s apartment! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to all major points of interest, including the Vatican. There are fantastic restaurants nearby, as well as a lively market that adds to the charm of the neighborhood. Carlotta was incredibly gracious and kind host always responsive and attentive. She even arranged seamless rides to and from the airport, which made the experience stress-free. The apartment itself was very comfortable and perfect for both relaxing and working. We were able to work remotely for a few days without any issues thanks to the strong Wi-Fi. The heater worked perfectly, keeping the space cozy during my stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Me and my fiancé and our dog have stayed 4 nights at Cristina's place. She sent us clear instructions how to get in. We really liked the building in the sense that it feels safe (there's a very simpatic genitor called Luka :) The apartment itself looks exactly like on photos. I liked drinking coffee on veranda in the morning, the bed is comfortable, we could wash our clothes in washing machine, and dry it outside, the bed felt comfortable, both bathrooms clean and we did use the jacuzzi and it was lots of fun. I actually am not a big fan of industrial style for a home but it felt like home coming from long walks in Rome. We watched the (big screen) TV in Italian, it was fun. For the location, there is a great park for dogs some 20minutes walking, many restoraunts, stores, and even green surfaces. To visit the city centre we went by car, it's some 30 minutes away. The neighborhood felt friendly, the food is amazing! Cristina is very nice and friendly! When in Rome I recommend her place!

Francesco's place is even better than what you see in the photos. It is very spacious, the two bathrooms are appreciated if they are a family of 5 like us, everything was easy to understand and also the additional breakfast in the coffee across the street made this a wonderful experience. In addition, he always responded very quickly to any inquiries I made and he gave me suggestions that I had in mind. The location is unbeatable, I just took the metro to get there and to go for the luggage, and to get to the Colosseum soon. I definitely recommend it and I would repeat it!

We came to Rome to eat and explore and this flat was the perfect base. Walking distance to most major attractions and surrounded by excellent places to eat! The hosts provide you with some brilliant recommendations for local restaurants. The flat is also around the corner from a place called Trapizzino, that we would advise you visit at least once! Trastevere is a beautiful and vibrant neighbourhood with a bustling nightlife, but as soon as you close the door to the 2nd floor flat, you can't hear the street below. The bed was a bit soft for our liking, but otherwise everything was very comfortable. A great kitchen with nespresso style coffee machine, spacious bathroom with an additional ensuite toilet and the highlight...a private, sunlit balcony! Simona and Gianluca are quick to respond with anything you might need and organised an airport transfer for our return. We look forward to staying here again when we return to Bella Roma.

We have just returned home after a lovely week in Rome. The apartment was very nice, classically furnished with no flaws. The cleaning was top notch. The hosts are incredibly nice and helpful. We unfortunately needed medical help and here we received help and support from the hosts so that our meeting with the Italian healthcare system was safe and we got the right help. All in all, a really good experience that we would recommend to others.

Alessandro and his wife are two young people, very nice, and very helpful. The apartment is located in an apartment building surrounded by gardens, very well-kept and super clean paths, equipped with all the comforts, as indicated in the proposal , cozy, and it is like feeling at home. During the stay we made a request and with kindness, and speed, it was resolved, demonstrating, if needed, a care and attention to people. In conclusion, we were welcomed and treated with politeness, familiarity and courtesy, in a few words, very well. We highly recommend everyone to be able to use this apartment for a stay in Rome. Most magical place in Rome. Perfect if you want a peaceful getaway inside Rome. The house fell like something out of history book and the art inside was also beautiful. Loved every detail that Svilena has put in the house, you can really see that this place is so well taken care of. Everything was spotless and so cozy and it really sets itself apart from other Airbnb’s as it felt like an actual home. Svilena was very responsive and the communication through out the stay was smooth and easy. <3

Just a lovely peaceful and clean place to come back to after a very busy day exploring the city of Rome. The bus, then metro to the centre did worry us at first but we soon found this easy to do, every time we were in the centre in 30 minutes, and getting back was just as easy. Flavio was an excellent host was always available when we needed him and was always super nice. We made full use of the kitchen facilities and it had everything you needed. We have no negative things to say, the apartment and Flavio helped us have our first visit to Rome magical. We will definitely book here again and I can’t wait.

Is my favorite in Rome

as always impeccable! This is not the first time we rent this apartment that is absolutely perfect for us. Clean, spacious, with outdoor space and parking space, close to the center and in the most absolute peace... it almost doesn't seem to be in Rome. Host as always very kind. We'll be back and recommend
