Smoking friendly holiday rentals in EUR, Rome

Well located apartment,we did everything on foot during our stay. 40 min from termini train station, 15 min pantheon, 20 min Colosseum, restaurants and shopping streets next door. We also enjoyed the baked goods and hot drinks available. A good address to remember

Clara was extremely accommodating and made our journey easier by being flexible, responsive and friendly. The home is a treasure, wonderfully designed and full of charming quirks. Extremely clean and spacious. Nice location, an even distance from most attractions and very peaceful. It was a pleasure to arrive back in this homey space in the evenings, complete with a super comfy sofa, projector and ambient warm lighting. Such a great stay in this memorable home. Highly recommend this stay!

Our family (2 adults and 2 children) had a wonderful stay at this apartment, and we highly recommend it. We stayed for one month, and the apartment had everything we needed. The positive points we noticed are as follows: Central location, easily accessible by public transportation. Just two blocks away from the metro (with an elevator). Conveniences nearby: Supermarket, pizzeria, clothing stores, and more right downstairs. Heating: The apartment was always warm. Spacious apartment: Perfect for a family of four or even larger families. Elevator: Very important for us since we had a baby stroller. However, it was unfortunately out of order for 3 out of the 28 days we stayed. Very friendly host: Always quick to respond and assist us with anything we needed. Large balcony with a beautiful view. Thank you again for this amazing stay! If we return to Rome, this will definitely be our first choice.

I had the pleasure of staying in this house, an experience that has exceeded my expectations. The apartment is a perfect combination of elegance, comfort. The impeccable cleanliness was immediately apparent. A high feature much appreciated was the private parking space, a real luxury considering the central location of the apartment. This convenience has proven invaluable, allowing us to explore the city without worrying about having to look for parking on your way back. The host was outstanding in every way. Your communication was impeccable from the first contact, with quick and accurate answers to all our questions. The check-in process was smooth and smooth, thanks to its clear instructions and availability. During the entire stay, she was attentive and caring, always ready to assist in case of need, also making herself available on Christmas Eve. I recommend it heartily.

Giannicola was very friendly and helpful from the day i booked till checking out! I thoroughly enjoyed my time in this neighbourhood, felt right at home and the area is quite convenient for seeing the historical sights and having some local flavour as a tourist. Thank you so much!

Luciana's place was awesomely strategic with a few caveats. The location of this Airbnb was perfect for exploring [Rome or cities nearby]. The apartment itself was comfortable and the Wi-Fi was fast, making it easy to stay connected. However, there are a couple of things to note for future guests: * Luggage: If you have large suitcases, be aware that there are quite a few stairs to navigate. * Parking: Parking is available outside the house, but if you have a larger vehicle (like ours, which is 6 meters long), you'll need to park in the designated space down the road. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this place, especially for those without heavy luggage.

Serena is the most wonderful host! I loved the apartment, the atmosphere and the neighborhood. The apartment is cozy, it feels like you have your own little place in the big buzzing city. It has all the comfort that you need and it will make you feel at home. I have to give Serena the price of being the best host I have ever had! My bag got stolen late at night, and Serena saved my night by picking me up and bringing me back to the apartment. Really making sure I was save and sound. What a gem she is!! Make sure you have the most pleasant time in Rome by staying at her lovely apartment.

Vote 9.5/10. I arrived according to my convenience and although Alice did not immediately answer the phone (she called me back after 5 minutes), I knocked on the intercom and her sister came to open it for me. This is the only “flaw” of the stay. The house matches the description, there is a supermarket less than 10 minutes by car, it is quiet and has everything you need to cook. Upon arrival I found a bottle of fresh water in the fridge (I really needed it).

Cosy apartment with real fire

Our stay at Cristiana’s place in Rome was fantastic! The location was perfect, close to public transportation. The apartment itself was lovely—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The host was amazing and incredibly responsive, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We have stayed in over 100 Airbnbs and I think Massimiliano and his father are the best hosts we have ever met. They made us feel like family as soon as we met them. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated having a secure place to park our car. The bus stop and train station were easy to reach and it was about a 30 minute ride to get into Rome. The home was just as described and had all the room we needed. We highly recommend staying here and we hope we can come back some day.

It is a well organized and clean place. Your host, David, is friendly and caring for her guests. It's close to the airport, which is useful.

Giuseppe's place is great for people who want to visit Rome. It is also very affordable, clean and the neighborhood has an Italian charm. I drive into Rome with a car everyday to visit the city and it worked well.

The location was very close to the station, so it was easy to get around. There was a lift, so it was convenient to go up and down with heavy luggage. It had all the furniture and kitchen furniture, towels, soap, washing machine, and laundry detergent needed for living. Capsule coffee was also prepared enough for 3 people to stay for 3 nights, and bread and sweets were also prepared, so it was convenient to prepare breakfast. In addition to capsule coffee, drip coffee was also prepared for you to enjoy, and there were several types of granule coffee. There is a spacious terrace, so you can relax outside while enjoying the scenery when the weather is good (we didn't go out because it was rather cold).

What a wonderful place to stay in Rome! The accommodations were comfortable and perfectly matched the description. Carlo's son met us and helped us bring luggage up the stairs on our arrival. The welcome basket of food items was also very thoughtful. The restaurant recommendations were wonderful. The area is very walkable and we were able to easily get to all sites in Rome. We can't say enough good things... we'd love to stay at Carlo's place again the next time we are in Rome.

Carmen has made my stay a beautiful memory through her very friendly and proactive way! The apartment was as described in the pictures, clean and nicely decorated. Any questions were answered in a pleasant time, and everything was done to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Carmen also gives a list of recommendations for places to visit and restaurants nearby, which makes it easy to have a nice time and get to know Rome. The location of the apartment is excellent, a maximum of 10 minutes walk from Termini Central Station, on the way to this there are also some possibilities to have breakfast, as well as good restaurants and ice cream parlors. All in all, it can be said that the apartment and Carmen are recommended to everyone and everyone!

Me and my fiancé and our dog have stayed 4 nights at Cristina's place. She sent us clear instructions how to get in. We really liked the building in the sense that it feels safe (there's a very simpatic genitor called Luka :) The apartment itself looks exactly like on photos. I liked drinking coffee on veranda in the morning, the bed is comfortable, we could wash our clothes in washing machine, and dry it outside, the bed felt comfortable, both bathrooms clean and we did use the jacuzzi and it was lots of fun. I actually am not a big fan of industrial style for a home but it felt like home coming from long walks in Rome. We watched the (big screen) TV in Italian, it was fun. For the location, there is a great park for dogs some 20minutes walking, many restoraunts, stores, and even green surfaces. To visit the city centre we went by car, it's some 30 minutes away. The neighborhood felt friendly, the food is amazing! Cristina is very nice and friendly! When in Rome I recommend her place!

Beautiful apartment with huge terrace and breathtaking sea views, located in a cul-de-sac. Perfect for visiting Rome or departing from the nearby airport. Bed super comfortable, at this time of year(was there in February) the heating is golden. There is also an air conditioner. Communication was very good and the check in completely hassle-free. A big plus is the private parking right by the house, big enough for a van. Thanks to Naoki for a great stay.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, well equipped and there was free parking. What's more, the landlord is a very patient and friendly person. Overall it was a great experience and I would choose it again if I came back to Rome.
