Monthly Rentals in Exeter

We had a lovely stay at Clive's Place, the apartment was exactly as described and better! Excellent facilities, convenient location and just like the photos. I would highly recommend staying there, you should know though that noise travels from the flat above so light sleepers take earplugs. Overall a wonderful stay!

I had a peaceful week here with everything I needed at hand. Parking was really convenient too.

Tanya was fast at responding, very helpful and kind. I felt right at home and welcomed. Tanya was always happy to help when I had a question / needed assistance. The Airbnb was clean, as described. The area is lovely and peaceful and the roads are relatively quiet.

Frances was amazing! We booked this for our daughter as she transitioned from university to Exeter and booked for 1 month. The apartment is exactly as described and Frances really made us feel comfortable because we needed a good, safe, clean, central place with access to a grocery store, shops, things to do, mass transit, etc. and the apartment is literally in the middle of city centre. I'd book with Frances again in a heartbeat! Thank you Frances!!!
