Monthly Rentals in Fabius

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very comfortable and had plenty of room for us to relax. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The weather outside wasn't great so it was nice to have the indoor hot tub to enjoy. It must be wonderful in summer with the lake so close.

I used this place for a month as a hub to make appointments in Syracuse. It was perfect! Beth keeps it in great condition, was friendly, easy to communicate with, and we would absolutely book agaon if we needed. The bed was the most comfortable I've had in an Airbnb, pillows too! I always bring extra pillows and I actually didn't need them. We loved having the market just downstairs and there's a great Cafe a couple buildings down, I loved their "London Fog" tea. Everyone in town was SO friendly. We were going to move to Syracuse. but we loved Tully so much we're looking in the area!

Karen's apartment was lovely and a lifesaver. My house in Syracuse was undergoing a renovation and it was way behind schedule--I was breathing in a lot of dust and finally decided I couldn't take it anymore. I found Karen's apartment and it was calm, peaceful, dust-free!, and even had a beautiful horse I could pet. The apartment is big, comfortable, nicely equipped for long stays (I stayed for 4 weeks I think), really quiet and clean. Karen herself couldn't be nicer. She was extremely responsive, very kind and friendly and welcoming. It's a really beautiful place in a country setting within a short drive of Wegman's. You could even see the stars at night. I will be forever grateful for the respite from endless construction.
