We had a lovely Easter break everything had been thought of even a torch to walk to the local pub. Waking up we saw a couple of deer roaming which was lovely. The barn was immaculate and very cosy. Myself and family would definitely return again. Don't hesitate get booked for a wonderful place to stay!

Stayed here for a few weeks whilst having building work carried out. The Oaks was quiet and private with excellent amenities. Great location for walking along the river Itchen towards Eastleigh or Winchester. 5 * for Diana who was always very friendly and helpful .

Goodness, where to begin - absolutely beautiful hidden gem! The moment we arrived Debbie was waiting outside to meet us, she took the time to show us how things worked, gave us all the information we might need and settled us in. We stayed as a family of four just as a little escape during the half term and it was simply perfect! The hut was beautiful both inside and out, Debbie has really thought of all the lovely little touches that really make it feel like a special place, like heated blankets on the bed (which we’re incredibly comfy!) and a hamper of treats for us to enjoy - including some Easter eggs for the children too! The children loved playing football in the field, exploring in the woods and collecting firewood as well as roasting marshmallows on the fire pit and tucking in to a BBQ cooked in the shelter. We loved every moment of our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return!
