Bothy is a beautiful place to stay, perfect location. very clean and tidy and had everything we needed for a lovely stay. Marcelle and Alan could not have been more helpful and made us feel like we were at home. The dogs, ponies and chickens are a added bonus! would highly recommend and will hopefully come back for another stay, maybe longer next time so we can do all of the things that the hosts recommended to us. A beautiful house which has been very tastefully renovated, we especially loved the main stairs. Plenty of space and facilities for 8 of us. Efficient log burner which heated the living room very quickly. We stayed over new year and had hoped to see the northern lights, but saw plenty of stars instead. I would advise arriving for the first time in daylight as the road is very narrow with sheep wandering across.

Really lovely little cottage. Perfect for two. We did three nights but could easily have done more. Ann and her pub team are great. The cottage is in the pub garden so you can easily pop in for a drink or food (highly recommended). Lots of walks and nature locally. Thanks Ann!

had a brilliant stay, spacious allowing multi-generational family to enjoy a trip away together without feeling cramped or crowded. house was lovely, well stocked kitchen for cooking, lots of entertainment options provided and loved the wood fires.
