Monthly Rentals in Lexington

JoAnn was a great host and has a great basement apartment not far from UK campus… It was less than a 10 minute Uber. The apartment looks just like the pictures… was very cozy & clean. JoAnn texted me a clear video of the check-in process and was super accommodating with our late arrival. Would definitely recommend and will definitely stay again next time we’re in Lexington! Great stay !

Very cute place with a homey feel. Loved staying here and would definitely stay here again. The exposed brick is gorgeous and the decor compliments the overall feel very well. Check-in was smooth and everyone was very friendly. Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I was wishing I had booked more days near the end. Next time! :)

My daughter and I came into town for a wedding. James apartment was very clean, and comfortable. The jacuzzi was a huge plus. The location was perfect! Close to everything we needed. James was a great host, very friendly and hospitable. I have already recommended James place to friends that also visit Lexington. It was nice to meet and chat with you , James! 😊
