Monthly Rentals in Ferryhill

Beautiful place in a lovely location. Lots of breakfast stuff, dog treats, best coffee machine with lots of variety of pods. Luxury biscuits and crisps. Ice cold bottled water and juice. So clean and comfy. Tom and Harry (the goats) were a constant joy every time we arrived or left. Hosts couldn't have been nicer or done more. We can't wait for a return visit. Thanks Kate x

This was a great place to stay whilst dropping off my daughter at university. Everything was pristine and exceeded my expectations. The host was very responsive and the house easy to access via a key safe. It was also much quieter than I expected given its location in an urban area. Well worth the money and I am likely to come back over the next few years!

Visited Bishop Auckland for the weekend to see some old friends and stayed at Gary’s Apartment. The flat was lovely and felt very homely. Close to the main street where the majority of the pubs and restaurants are so everything was in perfect walking distance. I would definitely stay again. Gary’s hosting skills were brilliant and he was very helpful to any questions i had. 10/10!
