Monthly Rentals in Financial District, Manhattan

Had a lovely stay this summer! Ian was very responsive over the phone and the place was very nice!

Beautiful artist's apartment in the heart of LES/Chinatown. Surprisingly quiet but surrounded by an embarrassment of bars, restaurants and shops. Perfectly positioned to get quickly uptown for a more touristy itinerary, but also just a short hop on the L or M trains to get into Williamsburg and Brooklyn for those looking to go a little off the beaten path. Ricardo was a responsive and courteous host who made my stay stress-free.

Amazing stay! The unit was so clean. The views of nyc were amazing. The refrigerator wasn’t working but the team was great and brought me a new mini fridge right away. The building is also extremely great / very friendly doormen. Would definitely stay here again!!

Just what I needed for the month! Had a great stay at Hayara's place. The perfect size for one, clean, and well-stocked with the necessary amenities. Situated close to all the neighborhoods I frequent. Clear and friendly communication with the host. I wish there had been more storage options available for guests and there was not much for natural light in the space, but I spent most of my time out and about anyway!
