Beautiful apartment with a beautiful view of Lago di Albano. Castel Gandolfo the town is a 10 minute walk away, which is convenient. Good designated parking in front. Valeria was very responsive t noir needs ot questions.

The place is spacious, well-lit, and well-maintained. The experience is overall very positive. Unique mole: no mosquito nets on doors and windows. Overall, it is a great place to stay, full of comforts in a quiet area but slightly disconnected in case you don't have access to transportation.

We booked for one night due to the proximity to the Ovindoli ski resort (30 min) but, even if for a short time, everything was perfect. Luigi was very helpful and very kind, in addition to allowing us to arrive after midnight, he made us find a gem of a house. Clean, equipped with every comfort, very comfortable bed and breakfast ready for the next morning. What can I say, it felt like home, we'll definitely be back if we need to.

The stay was just perfect! The house was clean, cozy and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was strategic, perfect for exploring the area. The host was extremely kind, helpful and always ready to answer any questions. Every detail has been taken care of with great attention, making us feel at home. We couldn't have asked for more! Such a beautiful place with a kind and responsive host! Alessandro provided us a very quiet spot that was a great place to rest in between busy travels. He also let us store our bags past check out which was super helpful. he was not kidding about having a car being the best for this location, especially if you are looking to get places at certain times. We learned that the hard way instead of listening to his original recommendation 😅 if you are looking for a peaceful place off the beaten path with no strict schedule, this is the perfect spot!

Impeccable stay. Really a house that is small but well maintained and with all the necessary comforts. One slightly uncomfortable thing, but you get used to it, is the bathroom that is small for a person over 1.70m. For the rest, everything is really taken care of in detail. Easy to reach, convenient parking. Warm and well-structured apartment. Thanks to the host Serena who was really courteous, helpful and always responsive to every message. We'll definitely be back!

The place is very welcoming: a real home! It really feels like staying with friends. The owners are extremely helpful and extremely responsive. Having arrived that it was already dark, I struggled to find the accommodation but, as soon as I wrote a message to receive more precise information about the location, the owner appeared and kindly accompanied me to the house. He then showed me how much it took to get to know to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Absolutely worth repeating!

Cristiano’s place is really excellent. It is very thoughtfully equipped and immaculately presented. The location is great, a stroll to anywhere in Frascati’s centre. Supermarket 40 metres away, restaurant and bar less than 100 m., railway station 5 minutes. She is a very kind, efficient, communicative host. Frascati is a brilliant place from which to visit Rome, regular trains take you there in just 30 minutes, return ticket just €4.20. And you stay in a lovely country town away from the noise, heat and crowds of the capital but with bars, shops and restaurants galore. Book it, highly recommended.

Excellent house, beautiful location. The very thing is, if you are looking for peace, tranquility and coziness. Among the disadvantages: you need to go by train (10 minutes) for groceries, you can't buy anything on the spot or walk. Trains run about every 40 minutes during the day, in the evening once an hour. In this case, the hostess provides snacks, coffee, tea, and milk. That's great! And if you take the train, you will get to a small, cozy and insanely beautiful town where you will find everything you need.

The stay at Castel Gandolfo in Green Empathy was comfortable and matching the offer and description of the apartment. The owner Valentina is very kind, and available for the welcome, for taking me around, showing directly where to have dinner, aperitif and other services in the village. I also thank you for the parking space offered... much appreciated. Thank you! Recommended. I'll be back if I have a chance to visit the Castelli Romani area again.

We spent 4 days immersed in tranquility. Alessandra's apartment made our stay even more pleasant, we felt at home. Perfect location, convenient to start beautiful hikes. The house is well-kept, clean and equipped with every comfort, the terrace enjoys a beautiful view and it was magical to be able to enjoy this outdoor space for breakfast, lunches and aperitifs. Alessandra is kind, helpful and accurate. We'll be back!
