Sonia is an exceptional host, the best host we've ever had. Very friendly, cheerful, available, kind, attentive and welcoming made us feel at home. His tips were very precious and helped us make the most of our stay. The house of Sônia corresponds exactly to the photos and is very well equipped. Her concern is noted with the details so that we feel comfortable. If we return to Florence, we are sure to stay at her house again, because, in addition, it will be a great pleasure to see her again. Everything was perfect and impeccable! Many thanks, Sônia!

Perfect place. Cozy and comfortable apartment, a lot of space! Only thing is far away from center (25 minute walk). But I needed a place to park my car and it was perfect, no apartment in the center has such comfortable parking place. Recommend!

The stay was incredible! Airbnb is a 30-minute walk from the centre of Florence and Santa Maria Novella station. Whenever we could, we would walk as the walk was enjoyable. But when we were in a hurry, we would take the cable car next to airbnb and take you directly to the center in a matter of minutes. Natascha was very kind and available. The apartment is clean, well decorated and has all the necessary tools! We only found the bed a small one, I imagine that couples with a larger stature have trouble sleeping...

We loved our stay at Alberto’s. The location is superb- close to cross the river but also to all the sites. The space is lovely with a great view of the duomo , the bed surprisingly comfortable and loved the elevator at the end of a long day is sightseeing. Alberto is very responsive and proactive and quick to remedy any problems. I would love to come back!

Beautiful apartment that was even bigger than we thought. Plenty of space for a family to relax. Location was perfect.

This is the 2nd time ive stayed in this apartment. As before, Elly was an excellent host and so made everything easy for us. The train station and tram stops are a short walk. all of the major tourists spots are very close and walkable from here, and there are so many lovely bars and restaurants near by. The apartment is well looked after, clean and very comfortable. The next time i return to Florence i will try and stay here

My family and I enjoyed our stay, the place is very beautiful, was very well kept, looked great, Smelled great. The bedrooms are very specious and the bed are comfortable. The host is very kind and responds to all the questions and concerns.

The apartment is in a very old house constructed over 800 years ago. I loved the old style of the apartment, which reminded me of the old history of Florence. Sandro is a great host, they kept a wine bottle as a welcome gift, which is not something many hosts would do. There are really good restaurants around the apartment and close to public commute. We were having trouble finding a taxi to the station as it was a busy time, Sandro and his wife tried helping us to find a taxi by calling them.

You can tell this place is loved. Elena grew up there. There are so many nice touches you don't usually see. Very comfortable. The only, and I mean only, drawback is the intermittent internet connection. Resetting the router fixes this most of the time, but not always. Unless you must have wifi all the time, absolutely stay here.

This is a wonderful place to stay. We appreciated the history, architecture, and beautiful artwork in this home. This is really a gem. The house was perfect for our family of four. We had lots of room to relax after a day of exploring. The artwork is amazing as is the history of the house. We liked browsing through the extensive selection of books. The garden was very pretty. The location is convenient. We were able to walk to the museums and stroll the beautiful streets. The coffee shop a few steps away was great for breakfast and coffee breaks. Stefano and his father were excellent host and we would love to stay here again.

An Airbnb experience like no other We were fortunate enough to book our holiday at Villa Cellaia and what a delightful surprise. The accommodation is designed and finished to a very high standard and so are all the facilities on site. Stefano, Lisa and their lovely boys treated us like us like friends. They were very helpful, informative and went out of their way to advise and suggest about where to go and what to do. Couldn’t have wished for nicer hosts. I traveled to Rome, Florence and Milan and it was my favorite place to stay. This is my first time staying at a place that was much better than the photos! It was close to tourist attractions, so it was perfect for walking, and the host is very communicative. It was clean, warm, and peaceful, and the interior was so cool that I wanted to refer to it, and it was nice that it was spacious for a family of five, and everything was well-equipped. However, the building was historic, so if you use a lot of power at once, there was an issue where the breaker went down, but it was resolved because the host communicated quickly. I'm very satisfied ~

First floor is one flight up. If you want to rent a car, there is a parking garage next door. Around the corner is high-end shopping. Walk to all the sights and everything else. Take the tram right outside the Florence airport for 2 euros, only 15 min to the main train station, then only a 15 min walk through the city to this AirBnb.

This was such a beautiful place and a great find! We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the place, and the location was central to so many of the places we wanted to see. A couple things to note if you do stay: there are A LOT of stairs leading up to the apartment. We expected the stairs to some extent but it was a lot. Also, there is no glassware other than mugs. The shower is also on the smaller side. All of those were so minuscule in comparison to how great the stay was, though. Would highly recommend this apartment!

It was a great experience.The host met us in person after we arrived and was able to leave our luggage after check out and let us into the apartment and use the bathroom.The location of the apartment is also great, quiet and not far from the main attractions.

Luciano’s place was fabulous! A wonderful experience from start to finish. Gorgeous, welcoming space easy walking distance to all attractions. Perfect for our family holiday. Felt like a home way from home.

Our stay was kind of long which made this place perfect. Close to my daughter’s campus as she is studying abroad in Florence. Easy to get to all the attractions. Host was super helpful and super responsive at every point in our stay. We would stay here again.

The view was incredible!! just like the pictures. The apartment was immaculate with everything you could possibly need. This was part of our honeymoon tour of Italy and we will never forget it! I highly recommend this place for everyone. The only thing I could add is to have earplugs as it is directly in the heart of Florence.

Giuseppe and his wife are very good, friendly and helpful people. His house was in very good condition and had what we needed for our stay. A very nice garden. They gave us a good reception and we had a parking lot for us in the same place. Very grateful to them and we would certainly repeat.
