The house was very nice and clean. The location was also great and the view fantastic. In addition, the landlords are very nice and helpful. Everything you need is available in the house. Furthermore, it has a nice patio to linger in. I am very happy to book the house again :)

The apartment is great! It is large, beautiful, clean, tidy,functional. It is charming and decorated, the architecture itself is already history. The host is kind and helpful. Me and my husband loved it.

Very great apartment with a beautiful garden in an idyllic location. You have peace and quiet and yet you are very quickly in Pistoia, Prato or Florence. Edoardo is a great and accommodating host who also had tips ready for us.

We loved our stay here, Cristina was very welcoming and we loved the apartment. It was the perfect place to explore Tuscany with easy access to Florence. A car is def needed but you can also drive a very short distance to a train station for access to other areas if you prefer. Ensure to take Cristina up on her breakfast option, it was delicious and her attention to detail was amazing! Keep that in mind for your first morning there.

The house is very nice and in a beautiful setting. Alessandro and his brother are very kind and always respond within 5 minutes, with great kindness and generosity. Home is a location. The weather was rainy during our stay but we still enjoyed visiting the area.

This was our first trip to Italy and we really wanted to stay in the countryside. Leonardo’s home really fit the bill. An easy walk to the train station and only a 30 minute ride into Florence. The home was private and comfortable with lovely gardens. Rignano sull Arno had several restaurants which was very nice.

We had a lovely stay in Italy thanks to the beautiful accomodation of Benedetta. The house is located very well, with an amazing view over te valley. The pool let us refresh on these warm days and is beautifully located down in the garden. The house was very clean and had all things you need. Thanks Benedetta, for the kind communication, the tips of sight seeing and flexibility on our arrival day. Great communication, clean and spacious apartment. Wish the kitchen was a bit more equipped (cleaning products, napkins, cooking basics), however our experience was great overall and would definitely recommend!

Violetta is an extremely friendly and accommodating landlady. After the warm welcome, we felt very well taken care of. We were in Tuscany for the first time and the apartment with its quiet location just above Florence in the middle of the olive gardens was great. In addition, the wonderful view of Florence came. Amazing and we are looking forward to coming back.

Thank you so much Sylvia for a lovely stay in Florence! It was like a home away from home, the size of the apartment was great and the kitchen was really well equipped! Sylvia was very helpful and attentive, we really liked her personal suggestions for what to do in the local area too.

My partner and our two dogs only stayed two days from December 31 to January 2 in the "Green Apartment"; The apartment was very clean and well-stocked from every point of view ( kitchen, bathroom and bedroom) the spaces are quietly there for a long vacation. We are from the Florence area, and finding ourselves in the middle of all that greenery very close to the center and all the services did not seem true. The entire farm is very well cared for and you can enjoy the stay in relaxation, being very quiet. Unfortunately, staying in winter we could not enjoy the very large outdoor pool, but you can see that it is well maintained. We'll definitely be back to get away from the routine towards the hottest season. Highly recommended for those who want to visit Florence and its surroundings and spend a long vacation.

Nice place walkable from train station. However some of the furniture is pretty old and can change for better. Also the bedroom lights are very dim. Need better new stylish lighting

The house was amazing, very clean and spacious! The host was also responsive. There was a supermarket nearby as well! We enjoyed our time here. However, there was no air conditioner in the second room with bunk beds, which was difficult to manage with the heat in Florence. The living room however had an air conditioner so had to sleep there instead of the room.

Paola’s place was in a perfect location away from the hustle and bustle of Florence but so close to Ponte Vecchio and walkable to all of the sights. A beautiful bottle of wine was waiting for us upon arrival, and Paola graciously allowed us to stay for a late check out. And the view from the rooftop with the bonus room up there was priceless!!

Do yourself a favour and come and stay at Maddy's place! The pictures do not do it justice, it looks even more stunning and bigger than one could think. Maddy was an incredibly friendly and responsive host, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay (she went as far as buying a new mattress for our baby and dropping it off a few hours later). The beds are confortable, the linens freshly washed. The garden is just wonderful and the pool is just so inviting (we couldn't use it due to cold weather and boy was it torture). Not only the house is beautiful and has absolutely everything one could need, it's also extremely well located: in a quiet place but so close to Florence and smaller villages. Arriving from Pisa was also very convenient, driving mostly on the highway. We can only hope to come back next year, as this was by far the best accommodation we've stayed at in Tuscany! The apartment was beautiful with all the communities, modern and equipped with everything needed. Spacious and with all the details. The bathroom super clean and a good wide and comfortable shower. Sara is super friendly and helpful at all times. We love the tobacco factory that was just a few blocks away. I recommend the accommodation!
