We had a wonderful week at Béatrice’s house. Highly recommended.

The Villa was a perfect 10. We were there for 6 weeks. We communicated with Alessandro before we arrived. He answered our many questions quickly. When we arrived at the villa, his brother, Enrico, was in charge of the villa. He met every one of our needs immediately! If we needed clean towels, a lighter for the grill, TV instructions (We always need them when we are in another country.), and many other little things, he would take care of our needs. A third brother, Marco, has a 9 passenger van. We hired him for 3 of the 6 weeks to take us all over Tuscany. Family and friends came at different times, and Marco was amazing. He was always on time and took us anywhere we wanted to go. The villa is very large so even with 8 people visiting, we weren’t in each other’s way. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the dining room was large and beautiful! The pool was just what we needed after a hot day of sightseeing. I highly recommend this villa ! It was our home away from home!

We had an amazing time staying at La Fonticina. Such a beautiful house and location, which came with everything that we needed. Cesare was a fantastic host and made our stay even better. He couldn't have been more responsive, accomodating and friendly. Highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to return!

The stay was beautiful. The view is fantastic, the pool very clean, surrounded by a beautiful, huge garden. Breakfast on the terrace is fantastic as the kitchen goes right to the terrace. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. the air conditioning works perfectly, the nearest supermarket can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes, as well as there are various restaurants that can be reached in less than 20 minutes by car. Like that of The Sor Paolo or the Barrachina.

Oscar was very friendly and kind to us! His house is beautiful and comfortable, we were in a group of 13 people and we were peacefully hosted. Beautiful decorations and landscapes. 10-star rating.

I cannot recommend this Airbnb enough. We were a group of 7 friends and everyone was so delighted with Alberto’s place. The outdoor terrace is so wonderful. We went swimming in the pool. We cooked wonderful meals the kitchen was the best ever in a rental. So many pots and serving platters. There were linens for the table and beautiful candelabras and the grand table in the dining room was so beautiful. We are grateful we could stay here.

Leonardo was a great host, very friendly, responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay, it’s a beautiful villa and garden kept very clean. You need to drive 15-20 minutes to anything local so you need a car but the scenery is wonderful and we would highly recommend.

The property are spectacular, with all the amenities, Anna is an excellent host, courteous, friendly and willing to help, we loved the property and enjoyed our stay very much. It is a place we recommend 100% and if we return to Italy we would love to stay there again. It's close to Florence and other cities in Tuscany. There are supermarkets 3 minutes from the property, as well as restaurants and everything you need for a wonderful stay.

Tommaso was a wonderful host who met us at the gate and opened the house for us. He gave us great local restaurant recommendations and made reservations for us. The house is very comfortable and the views are magnificent. There is a keepsake photo in every direction. The drive to Florence is an easy 30-45 minutes, as is the drive to Siena. The local village of San Donato in Poggio has a Michelin-rated restaurant, and others nearby are equally good. There is good hiking through local vineyards and olive groves. The driveway is long and bumpy, but not treacherous. I would suggest that the kitchen could use a toaster and a microwave, but that's my only very minor complaint. Our stay (four of us for four nights) was wonderful and I highly recommend it.

Giulia and Vieri welcomed us with open arms and we felt at home from the first second. The villa is beautiful, cozy, authentic and rustic. Surroundings are incredible with views, nature and wines and olive trees everywhere you look. 15 min walk to town with a bunch of good restaurants and smaller shops. Most importantly the hosts are just very nice people that made us feel welcome and at home. We spent a month and loved every second of it. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Olga’s spacious, spotless home, which truly felt like a slice of Tuscan paradise. It's one of those rare occasions where the photos don’t do the place justice—the house is even more beautiful in person. Although we couldn’t enjoy the pool due to the cooler weather, we still felt fully immersed in the beautiful landscape, thanks to the large garden and access to lush green areas all around us. We felt right at home, Olga was a fantastic and lovely host—she took care of everything we needed and went out of her way to make our stay perfect. Always available and eager to help, Olga offered great recommendations, from the best local sites to visit to hidden gems in nearby towns. She even went the extra mile to help with restaurant reservations. We can’t recommend Olga’s place enough! This was a true Tuscan experience.

If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful, and beautiful place to stay for a Tuscan holiday, look no further! Our days at Elisabetta and Leonardo’s house were truly perfect. Hosts were responsive and helpful. The weather was incredible which allowed us to dine alfresco, enjoy the swimming pool, and have outdoor fires in the evening. A car is a necessity for trips to Greve (small and charming) and beyond (Lucca is a must see). We enjoyed wine tasting nearby and considered (but ran out of time) for a chef to come to the very well stocked and appointed kitchen for a cooking class. We did a lot of our own cooking at the house, with the most memorable dinner being one where we used the pizza oven in the house. The beds were very comfortable and although we were worried to book a place in Tuscany in August without air conditioning, the house was pleasant and comfortable. Truly we can think of nothing to improve upon with this property! We hope to return one day again.

Our stay at Il Casellino was definitely wonderful. The communication with Lara was very smooth. Our hosts, Remus and Maria, are absolutely outstanding. They do everything to make your holiday perfect. The place is very quiet and the views are breathtaking. It can be pretty hot in Toscany and therefore the big swimmingpool gives the necessary coolness. in short: a perfect place to relax!

Beautiful property, immersed in the Tuscan country side. Plenty of walks around the area and easy access to Panzano and Greve that both have great amenities. Elisabetta was a fantastic host. Property was clean and easy to use, and communication was first class. We had a fantastic time staying here. Thanks!

Beautiful rural tuscany setting with superb kitchen facilities for catering for a group.Good four bedrooms with plenty of room for us all.We enjoyed returning to pool after exploring villages.

Everything was exactly as described and shown. Communication with Franco and his father went smoothly. The house may not be easy to find; we were picked up at a meeting point, which made many things easier. With large, bulky cars, the route was not easy to drive, but doable. The amenities were great, a small oven was available, it could have been a little bigger. In one bathroom, the shower and toilet are opposite each other and after the shower, half the bathroom is very wet. But it was no problem for us. The pool and grounds are wonderful! We had a wonderfully relaxing vacation at Franco's and find that the price-performance ratio was right. We can recommend Franco's house in good conscience and hopefully have the opportunity to come back again!

This house fully lives up to the photos and it is an amazing place with a wonderful pool in a perfect location not too far from Florence. We stayed with 6 people and enjoyed every bit of it. We felt very welcome and everything went very smooth our whole stay! Would love to go back :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. Barbara was gracious and great to work with. The house was charming and just as great as it looks on the listing. The property and grounds are amazing. The town nearby was fun to visit with everything you need and lots to see. You are also in easy driving range of the other main Tuscany towns. We had a wonderful week at Sergio's family's villa. Massimo met us with Sergio on our arrival and showed us around the villa. The villa is located in the beautiful Tuscan countryside about 3 miles (10 minutes drive) from Montevarchi which has a great selection of supermarkets including a huge Coop with the best cheese counter we have ever seen. Sergio's family gave us a great number of recommendations from restaurants to local sights etc. One restaurant we particularly liked was Le Mura del Cassero in Montevarchi. We had a couple of trips, one to Siena by car and another to Florence by train. Both very accessible. The pool at the villa is wonderful (Massimo checked it every morning before we even surfaced) and Sergio and Massimo were the kindest hosts. They gave us a huge fruit bowl, prosecco, beers, pastries, home produced olive oil and their own delicious wine...truly lovely generous people. We would definitely recommend this villa to others!
