Terrific spot from which to explore Truckee. Hiking trails out the back door and fab bike path along the river all the way to the town. Kevin is a super kind and helpful host. We loved everything about the accommodations. Will def return!

I had a great stay at Rachel’s place! The room was small but cozy, perfect for a solo traveler or a couple looking for a comfortable spot to unwind. Having an attached bathroom was super convenient, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The real highlight was the backyard hot tub—such a great way to relax after a long day! Would definitely stay here again!

Very much enjoyed my stay for the event I was in town for. Was mostly peaceful (1 of the 5 days there was a yelling fight down below in the neighborhood at 3 am. But it’s the city; is that to be expected in Reno? I don’t know as I’m not from here or from a big city lol. Nonetheless, I got over it!). Accommodations were excellent. Everything was clean and in good working order (even had one of those electric water pots which I took advantage of every day!). Having a half size fridge was very helpful too. Very strategic location for my personal circumstances, having to commute back and forth between the Peppermill and the Convention Center. My only critique is that I wish the *shower water temperature* could be hotter, which I’m pretty sure would be doable via the water heater. It was decent but wasn’t as enjoyable as I would like a hot shower to be. By turning up the temperature threshold, it’s simply creating the option to be hotter, not making it permanently hotter.

We had a wonderful stay at Scott's and Alanna's home. The house is beautiful, cozy, clean, spacious and well stocked. Host was very accommodating and responsible. We would love to stay again!
