Lovely spacious, warm, clean tasteful house in a small Cornish village. Lots of extras provided and a real home from home. The village has a bus service, a pub, a cafe and shops selling local meat, veg and fish. The small store is open Sundays. Supermarkets are a short drive away. A great location to explore mid Cornwall with the rugged beauty of the Roseland, the vibrancy and beaches of Falmouth, and the lush vegetation of the Helford with gardens to visit all within easy reach. Mylor Harbour is a water sports centre and there are local walks from the village including a lovely gently stroll down the creek. Highly recommend.

Shaun was an amazing host and the house was just beautiful I absolutely loved my 2 long stays here. The house is gorgeous, it’s very old and full of character but with all the modern fixtures and comforts. It has been styled and done up to a very high standard too so feels luxurious This house is right in the middle of one of the most beautiful villages in Cornwall with a great village shop and 2 lovely pubs and there is also a beach, a park and the most amazing coastal walks from this house too. I cannot recommend this place enough and i would definitely stay here again. Thank you Shaun and Holly for making me feel so welcome I really enjoyed my 2 stays here.

Absolutely gorgeous inside - really clean and classy. Beds very comfy, everything thought of. It’s on the main road so quite busy outside but that’s part of the charm and made clear in the description. Really handy for shops, restaurants, ferry. Perfect for a midweek stay.

Excellent little flat fronting the road yards away from the waterfront. We found parking easy in the evening except once on race day. I couldn’t get the Wi-Fi to work as my phone wouldn’t pick up the network. Otherwise all good, nicely decorated and plenty of room for two.
