What a stunning view we had as we entered the house. The house was spotless and beautiful and we felt right at home. We saw some very bright stars and some beautiful sunrises. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a calm and peaceful setting . Would stay again in a heart beat.

Kay's place was absolutely beautiful, very clean and cosy, we couldn't fault anything. Kay is very friendly and chatty and happy to help in anyway needed.We specially enjoyed the wine the breakfast goodies provided by Kay. Thank you for our treats and for Bailey! We know the area so felt right at home so we hoped to use Kay's cabin again.

A very homely yet spacious place. Bright, clean, gorgeous decor - the best pillows ever. My daughter said the bed was like silk Thanks so much for accommodating at such short notice. Easy and quick walk to the beautiful beach. Nothing negative to say. 100% all the way

Fantastic place to stay, clean, comfortable, lovely taste in furnishings. The surroundings were great for the children, with immediate access to the beach from the garden. Will definitely come back.

Perfect location right opposite the beach. A few miles from Dungeness, close to Camber and Rye. Plenty of room for kids, teens, adults and dogs! Brilliantly equipped kitchen - pretty much anything you could need. We laughed that there wasn’t a pestle and mortar and then found one! Felt very homely. There was an issue with the shower and Jo responded super quickly and had an emergency plumber out on NYE to fix it. All in all a great place, highly recommended. Thanks Jo for an awesome NY stay. And thanks for super generous welcome hamper.

Sheila’s house feels like a home the moment you step inside. It’s roomy and bright throughout. We all loved the place including the young grandchildren who spent ages in the garden amusing themselves. The kitchen is packed with masses of everything you could think of and as we cook this was brilliant. As all the adults have stressful busy lives this break was so relaxing, just what was needed. As a birder I highly recommend Pegwell reserve for a great walk and great birdwatching. Highly recommended.

I had wanted a quiet winter getaway and that was excatly what I got at David's place. I had a resetful and refreshing stay. The annexe was comfortable, warm and cosy and had everything I needed. Daid was a welcoming and sensitive host and was very responsive with communication. I would recommend the annexe for business and leisure and a particularly enjoyable feature for me was being feet away from the beach. I was fortunate with the weather and was able to get out most days for a walk. Thank you David.

This is a cosy cottage with great views of the sea and simple access to the beach out of the back garden.

We had a great week at Claire and Rémi's beautiful house. Everything is done to make you feel at ease. The house is very nice, functional with a beautiful sea view. Claire and Rémi are very welcoming and available. We were even able to take advantage of the pool!

Had a fabulous time at Wendy’s lodge! Lovely peaceful location with pool on site and near lots of other nature attractions. Wendy was a fantastic host - super helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Not only was Lisa super helpful and friendly but the accomodation itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, well stocked and had wonderful, thoughtful additions. Will definitely be booking again

Had a brilliant holiday at the lighthouse - great location with sea and walks in the doorstep. The house was perfect for us really interesting , inspiring and quirky with everything you could need. Comfy beds, clean, private and quiet. Maggie was a lovely host to communicate with. Great views too! Want to return in the summer to use the pool! Thank you :)

The minute we walked in it felt welcoming and homely, there were great added extras like board games which the kids loved, towels and extra bedding and blankets to curl up on the couch with. This is a prime location not only on site right next to the arcade and shops, but not where you get disturbed with noise, but also amazing location to travel to all the sight seeing opportunities in the local area. Everything was was really easy to get to and ensured we had an amazing time exploring without worrying about extra travel. Both hosts were fantastic with responding and being contactable and I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a great value for money place to stay in a great location! Thank you so much for a great stay!

Homely static caravan with porch directly overlooking children playground. Amazing to stay with kids. Walkable surroundings...beach in walking distance. Natural reserve where you can observe birds and small animals so pack your binoculars! Very easy to check in and check out. Sandra was always responsive helping us with everything. We are thinking to come back in summer months. We had lovely family time together.

Great location right on the beach with access directly from the shared garden (no view of the beach from the apartment). Lovely area with lots of pubs, bars and restaurants in easy walking distance and lots of choice of beaches to walk/run along. The property is only accessible on foot and with quite a lot of stairs but that was clear in the listing (but I would consider how much luggage you need!) and didn’t bother us. A lovely place to stay and I would recommend Broadstairs and the apartment.

Had a lovely 48 hours in Margate with the house being the perfect place to stay.

2 night stay - couldn’t recommend highly enough. The location is not only beautiful but perfectly placed too. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean & somewhere you’d be proud to call home. The bed is one of the comfiest we have ever slept in & Carla was so helpful with local recommendations. We will 100% be returning.

We had a lovely family gathering here. Loved the close proximity of the beach and had some lovely walks from the door with the dogs. We ate in and the kitchen was very well equipped for larger numbers. The two lounges worked well for us we used one as a playroom. The rooms were spacious, larger than in the photos and lovely and warm. Jo was a very good host, with clear and warm communication.

Had a great time staying for Christmas Eve (son's 16th) and Christmas the four of us. Loved the view, cosy nature of the wood burner and opportunity to walk/run the coastline to Herne Bay and Whitstable. It was a mini escape perfect for the family. Would totally re-book!

Beautiful house which opens up right onto the beach. The outside area is great and the view from the house are amazing. Really nice house inside as well.

A home from home. The house was perfect for our family and dog. If you like cooking, the kitchen is very well equipped, with sharp knives and everything you need to prepare a family meal. The house was comfortable and warm and had everything we needed. The local shops were within a 5 minute drive and little kiosk on the corner useful for milk and bread. We had a fantastic stay - highly recommend. The beach and view out to sea is amazing!
