We just had a few days at Coleen's beautiful accommodation with my cockapoo - and we all loved it. It is so close to the seafront in a really nice area (which we know well). As others have said, the bed was extremely comfortable and there are lots of seaside touches that add to the ambience. All in all, we loved it and I would totally recommend.

Lots of space, clean, comfortable and good location. Liz is a great host, made us feel welcome and was quick to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend it.

We had a great stay in Steve’s place over new year. The location was very quiet and peaceful and exactly what we wanted. It was really near to lovely beaches and great cafes. We would love to come back another time

What a wonderful little gem of a place! Warm, spotlessly clean, comfortable and in a wonderful position. From the outlook over the fields with horses next door to the beautiful countryside and wonderful villages surrounding it, everything was just lovely. A getaway or a base for sightseeing / visiting this place is perfect. Hilary is a friendly and welcoming face next door without being intrusive. An excellent Airbnb and a wonderful second stay for my Dad. Thanks Hilary!

Very nice and cozy house in a beautiful area, quiet and well equipped. Very friendly hosts. We enjoyed the garden, we enjoyed the peace and quiet at night and admired the stars. A lot to explore, we highly recommend this AirBnB and would love to come back in the future.

Lovely long weekend. The accomodation was as listed, everything was super clean, loads of local information available, and with the extra bonus of breakfast items provided.

This was lovely! There was coffee, tea and croissants. It was a 20 minute walk to whistable where there was a lot of lovely pubs. There was a lot of recommendations from the host - couldn't ask for more and would definitely recommend!

Guest house was clean and tidy. Bed was made up for us. Impressed by kitchen things, every cabinet was full of stuff to use, even salt, papers and oil was on shelf. There was over, over trays and things, air fryer was there, every cleaning product was there, every single things what you think about it was there. Lots of towels, beddings, sheets everything was there to use. Thank you Dan

Had a lovely stay here, bed is comfortable, kitchen is equipped, beautiful garden that is safe and enclosed for dogs. There is parking right outside and the hosts are lovely, always there to help. Already looking at booking another stay here.

Honestly one of the loveliest Air BnB stays I've ever had. Julie was such a great host from start to finish - she was really flexible with check-in time when we explained that we would be arriving a little early to town, and she was so friendly when we met. Check in instructions were clear, and we had so much privacy throughout with the layout of the entrance being separate from the main house. The home is so warm & cosy, beautifully clean with everything you need for a relaxed, romantic weekend. The views from the windows are OUTSTANDING and the local walking routes were so gorgeous with roaming horses and incredible scenery. There are lots of beautiful pubs around too, so plenty of places to stop in along the way. We certainly plan to be back in the summer to enjoy the gorgeous summer garden, but even for a winter stay this place is fab. Thanks so much for having us Julie, hope to see you again in 2025!

Had a great stay in Margate - was exactly what we needed. A nice walk along the coast into Margate, and nice and close to Cliftonville shops for breakfast the morning after. The let was really peaceful, with just the right amount of amenities for a short break. The let was immaculately clean. Thank you Claire for a great stay. Would definitely book again!

We spent a comfortable night in the beautifully appointed accommodation which matched the description exactly. Sarah was welcoming and friendly. The homemade brownies were a real spoil! She provided helpful recommendations for places to eat as well as detailed descriptions of walks in the area. The home cooked breakfast was a treat. We would highly recommend staying at Sarah’s for a night or two.

Would definitely stay again, cosy, clean and perfect for a weekend. Great location & near a very lovely park. Walkable to Margate & Cliftonville, the latter has a fantastic range of eateries. We parked the car when we arrived and didnt use it until we were leaving to head back home. Thanks Roger & it was really nice to meet you!

We had a lovely stay in Faversham and the accommodation was perfect. Great location on the creek and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The host was also great so all in all a well deserved 5 stars from a very satisfied customer.

It's a very well designed cabin that has practically everything you need. We could appreciate every corner of it, and what made the space special for us was the relaxing vibe with great lighting setup. The self check-in was convenient too. It was perfect, just what we needed!

This was a great find - on a peaceful residential road but within easy walking distance of two stations, the seafront and some great restaurants. The studio had everything we needed and more - although we only stayed two nights the kitchen was so well equipped it would definitely be suitable for longer term stays. The bed was very comfortable.

We spent a week over Christmas in this lovely cottage with very good heating for those colder months. Amanda was always quick to respond to any messages, and a couple of small issues were fixed quickly. Another house adjoins the stables, but we never saw or heard them at all. Parking was very safe and easy, and for those with dogs large lawns are right next door. We slept well in the comfy bed. Location is excellent for going all directions across Kent, but be ready for mucky lanes, at least in winter, to get to the cottage. Our only negative was the TV. Most days and evenings there was no signal reception on the TV, and the TV only had one catch up app built in, BBC. As the internet speed is really good, the TV is in urgent need of updating to be one with a full suite of live streaming and catch up apps built in. We never bothered Amanda with this at the time as we were out almost all the time.

Both of my husband and self had a wonderful break. Everything was as expected. Lovely treat having toast and jam and fresh milk to use in coffee and tea provided. Wonderful little retreat. Thankyou Nat 😊

Long weekend stay at this property. Exactly as advertised. Perfect for our needs (2 adults and 2 children). We were able to cook in the evenings, which is generally our preference with the well appointed kitchen. I’d never used an air fryer but it was simple to use. The house in generally is kitted out beautifully. Good road links to surrounding interests.

This is one of the best Airbnbs I have stayed in over the years. Extremely clean, uncluttered and beautifully simple in its furnishings. The real plants added a perfect ambiance to this delightful place. Kristen went above and beyond in ensuring I had a wonderful and peaceful stay, and the weather even played its part with beautiful, sunny days! Highly recommended!

Absolutely brilliant stay at The Old Laundry. Brilliant communication from Sue before and on arrival. Some great personal touches made us feel very welcome. Great location - quick easy walk into old town Rye and surrounds easily accessible too. Highly recommend and very dog friendly as well!

Really enjoyed my stay! I was in a show at the theatre that week and the accommodation was ideal to come back to after the shows. Cozy and clean, and absolutely beautiful
