We had a great weekend. The house was a dream, just as described in the listing. Centrally located with parking nearby. Daniela was a thoughtful and very kind host We'll definitely be back.

I highly recommend staying at Jacopo's! The apartment is really a gem, the location is strategic and I really felt at home for impeccable hospitality!

We can wholeheartedly recommend this place because we had a great time and felt at home. The hosts greeted us personally and were always available by mobile phone. Individual requests such as intermediate cleaning were addressed directly. The decor corresponds to the pictures. The furniture is new, the beds comfortable and the kitchen visually beautifully designed. We also loved the balcony, extra laundry room, smart TV, fast internet and AC/heater. Only suggestions for improvement: For longer stays, more tea towels, potholders, pads for the outdoor furniture and sofa pillows would be nice. Follonica is a cute resort town - great for long beach walks in October and to discover well-known nearby places like Volterra/Pisa. Unfortunately, Follonica itself seems a little extinct at that time, as some restaurants and bars are already completely closed. Thanks to Dario & Debora! :-)
