Monthly Rentals in Fontanka

This is an incredibly cozy house with an area where everything slopes towards relaxation. We didn't find anything similar in Odessa among everything that is offered for daily rent. The owners are very nice and interesting people, and they put a lot of soul into this object, so there is a feeling that you are not just somewhere in a hotel, but as if you were visiting friends. Fontanka is a quiet and peaceful part of Odessa, from where you can easily get to the city center by car within 30 minutes. The location is convenient for any needs and desires. We will definitely come again.

Host Marina is very kind, drove us to the apartment herself, told us everything and showed us. We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment has everything you need, thought out to the smallest detail 👌 Clean, tidy, tasteful, quiet and convenient. We will definitely come back in summer, as the apartment is close to Luzanivka beach. Everything was very, I definitely recommend it 👍

Lovely place, stylish and cozy interior, incredible panoramic windows, perfect cleanliness, all the necessary amenities for life, felt at home here. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, there are supermarkets, cafes and a nice shop right in the house nearby — it is very convenient. Olga is an incredibly responsive and kind hostess, she met the check-in and check-out times. This place left us with only positive emotions, and I would love to come back again!
