Lovely flat, clean, comfortable and well equipped with a nice garden and seating area. Close to town centre. Very helpful host.

We had a great time during our stay in Perth. The flat was perfectly located for us, very close to the town centre which has an abundance of shops, bars and restaurants. Close to both the train and bus stations for very easy access further afield. We did a long stay and Micheal was always on hand if we needed anything (which we rarely did). It was exactly the base we needed and enabled us to explore beautiful Scotland and the Fair City of Perth. Would have no issues recommending and would happily stay here again. 😊

Really lovely cottage, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The communication from Rachel was excellent, and check in was smooth and easy with the lockbox. Having milk and a few goodies waiting for us was a very nice touch and made us feel at home immediately. The location is excellent, in the quiet village of Pitcairngreen, which is pretty and has a nice pub for meals out, but has easy access to Perth and the A9 for exploring further afield. The Coach House makes a perfect base for a trip to Perthshire.
