Monthly Rentals in Franklin County

I had a wonderful stay in the apartment! It was very well-appointed, had all the amenities one could want (lots of closet space, very nice bathroom setup, etc), and has a nice view from its corner windows. The location is excellent-the building is nice, very quiet, and is conveniently located for downtown Columbus, the Arena District amenities, and the Short North, etc. Did not use the parking space often, but the setup worked well, tho in a roundabout way (to go to and from the garage you have to walk through a commercial office building). The landlord was very helpful and responded pretty quickly to anything that came up. I can't really think of any way my stay could have gone better. If I needed to stay in Columbus again for an extended period, I'd happily stay here again.

Christopher and his friends were very accommodating and amiable! I had to find a place to stay out of necessity rather than leisure, and downtown city life is not my cup of tea, so I was very grateful to find somewhere in the wilds of Columbus that felt safe and clean. He was actually in the midst of renovations and still let me stay, providing me with a microwave since the kitchen was unavailable. Nothing fancy, which suited me fine; it began to feel like home.

I stayed a month at Miranda and Tom’s place in probably the least desirable time of the year in Ohio and could not have been happier! I can’t say enough good things about it. Amazing location, adorable house, so clean, everything worked and was set up like that cared. I really did not want to leave. Perfect for cooking, chilling , working, whatever. Don’t blow it next time you stay in Columbus, this is where you wanna be!

I stayed here for a year while in town for work. The house was well kept and had everything I needed. The neighborhood was safe and very walkable. Restaurants were close by and easy to walk to. Parking was always right in front of the house or no more than a few spaces away. Chanel was a phenomenal host who was always extremely responsive and made sure everything was taken care of. I would have no hesitation of staying here again if I found myself in Columbus again for work. I give it the highest recommendation.
