Monthly Rentals in Fratticiola Selvatica

We were led to the accommodation from the meeting point of Cecilia's father. The house was completely as described. There was everything you needed for a comfortable stay, even a homemade cake from Cecilia's mother was available. Cecilia's support was great. Our questions were answered at short notice. Absolute highlight was the beautiful view of the valley. We were allowed to enjoy it every time for breakfast.

Paolos place was like a little part of heaven on Earth. You get the most beautiful designed and refurbished house over looking the valley. A Spicegarden with all the sources you could imagine for your food, silence, and such a good taste in how the couple have made the whole place. There are walks to take and a small beautiful “village” with houses and an old Church nearby. And we could even charge our Electric car at Paolos place whole we slept. I cannot recommen enough

We've lived in Italy for several years and this was one of our very best getaway experiences. The house was comfortable - hot shower, well-stocked kitchen, and great single-level layout with little kids. The real reason to book is the stunning outdoor area and dream hosts. Sunset foosball tournaments, unparalleled valley view from the hot tub, and two outdoor grilling stations. The incredibly kind hosts took our kids to see their farm animals, arranged a family tour of the local olive oil mill, and brought us fresh fruit from their orchard. We can't wait to come back!

Super quiet, way up the hill. If you like waking up and looking over the hills of Umbria, this place is it. Wifi is good, water is hot. There is a lovely restaurant you can walk to (quite nice), but other than that you must have a car. It was easy to go to Perugia, Assisi, and Gubbio from here, and it was so so quiet. We loved the dogs and the view. It would be better if you could park the car inside the gate or in a flat area, but other than that we have no complaints.
