Monthly Rentals in Fredericton

We came to town for an event at The Cap, and had a wonderful time. We ended up in town 1.5 hours before check-in and Keelen was quick to confirm that we'd be able to check in early. The location was great; walkable to all of the sights and venues downtown Fredericton has to offer. Cute and tidy space, bonus that we were able to bring our pup instead of having to find a dog sitter! Will certainly look to book again the next time we come to town.

Shaune was such a great host we even inquired about renting a second time! She took the time to great us with all the information we needed and even had little yummy treats that saved us a trip out to the grocery store after a long travel day. We were able to settle in right away. Shaune was really responsive and more than helpful throughout our entire stay.

We had a great stay at Tracey's home. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was easy and prompt. The location was convenient, and the overall experience met our expectations. Would definitely recommend!

This Airbnb was fantastic it was the basement of the house but had large windows did not feel like a basement. Unit was well maintained, clean and would stay there again.
