You won't regret booking The Nest. Very comfortable and spacious. Absolutely the best stocked kitchen I have encountered at an Airbnb. Close to Ithaca, NY. I went to the Finger Lakes area to immerse myself in Fall colors. I was not disappointed. Diane was always quick to respond to my questions. We had a great time!

We were very happy with our stay here. Personally I really appreciated the fans in each room for comfortable sleeping. I can’t sleep without a fan on so this was perfect! The beds were very comfortable, we stayed a week and I never had issues that a cheap mattress would cause during that amount of time. Very happy and appreciative of Cynthia and her lovely home.

The place was great for us! My daughter and son-in-law live just a few miles away but can't host the rest of the family in their small home. My two sons, daughter-in-law, two small granddaughters and two small dogs never felt crowded in Samantha's place. It was clean, roomy, easy to locate, an easy drive to Greek Peak (where we skied one day) and, as noted, full of clear instructions from start to finish. We hadn't been there more even an hour when we all commented that this was the place for us whenever we're up in the area visiting!

We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is comfortable and quite adequate. There are lots of outlets. I quite enjoyed the marine decor in every room. There are big mugs and lots of coffee. You could definitely hear the people and dog upstairs, but not late at night, and this is to be expected when staying in the bottom floor of a house.
