Monthly Rentals in French Quarter, Charleston

Amazing place to stay to get the full Charleston Experience. Joes place is absolutely beautiful. I actually had to call him a 1am on the first night as I went into the wrong entrance and he FaceTimed me through the steps to get in. Stayed for 30 days and would love to do it again in the near future! Place was pristine!

The King St apartment is a perfect place from which to explore Charleston's historic downtown, waterfront and neighboring Sea Islands. This apartment is bilevel with the bedroom , bathroom and walk-in closet/laundry on the upper level while the open area living room/ kitchen is on the lower. Both levels are spacious with high ceilings. This attractive apartment has exposed brick walls, lovely furnishings and a window seat runnung the length of the southwest facing windows. Watching the "passing parade" on King St from the window seat is enjoyable, and I never found noise from the street to be a problem. The kitchen is fully stocked, and Barbie & Michael are generous with the amenities. I appreciated that they supplied products needed to keep the apartment clean and laundry detergent to wash my clothes. Barbie met me at check-in and showed me the apartment. She was professional, friendly and made me feel comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

I can't recommend this host enough! From the moment I arrived, Jerri went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and stress-free. Anytime I needed something—whether it was a space heater for outside or an extension cord for my laptop charger—she responded swiftly and kindly. What truly sets Jerri apart is her incredible flexibility and understanding. When an unexpected life event forced me to adjust my reservation, she handled it with grace and compassion, making a challenging time much easier for me. Not only is Jerri an outstanding host, but she's also an incredible person. If you're looking for a place to stay with someone who genuinely cares about your experience, look no further. Just loved my monthly stay at John’s. The place has such history & I walked & walked to see all The beautiful Halloween decorations 🎃 Already booked my month for next year, felt sad leaving because it’s so beautiful in Charleston 🌴King street was great & everything is a walk too.
