Monthly Rentals in Friar's Bay

I had a wonderful time staying at Hugo’s property. He and his wife made me feel very welcome, and they were always helpful when I needed assistance, such as renting a car. The location was perfect—it was close to shops, restaurants, and beaches, and I wasn’t too far from the SXM festival I attended. Thank you for hosting me, and I will definitely return to SXM in the future because I enjoyed my stay at your property.

The apartment at Friar’s Bay was perfect for our group of two couples. It was clean and had everything we needed. The beach is really close and was an easy walk. We really enjoyed our stay. Josy was terrific. She was so quick to respond to our inquires, was so helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed her company, she is such a lovely person.

We had a fantastic family vacation with our 2 kids! Villa is spacious and extremely well set up/equipped for you to feel right at home. Marion was a terrific and very responsive host. We look forward to visiting again!

This is a gem of an Airbnb. Tucked away in a safe area with designated parking, the apartment was sparkling clean and had everything you need. I worked remotely there for a week and the wifi was excellent. Good vibes, clean and a friendly host. Thank you!
