Monthly Rentals in Gainesville

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Jaycie’s place. It’s very nice, clean and quiet.

Very nice old home, everything was good except the amount of stairs could be a problem for some people, the host was awesome and the neighbor was nice enough to allow us to park on his property.

Elizabeth’s bungalow is truly a “piece of Bliss”! My husband and are originally from the area and Elizabeth’s bungalow was perfect after traveling from Texas with our dogs to visit for the holidays. We got to experience snow and cold weather again so it was wonderful! Our pups got a little excited with the snow and the bungalow has a great mud room with all the essential cleaning items allowing us to love the place as if it were our own!!! The perfect stay if you have family in the area or simply wish to go explore all the things Western New York has to offer 💞

They were able to accommodate a late arrival and early departure without an issue. Instructions were very clear, place clean and everything exactly as described. The water in the fridge was a nice addition since we didn’t have time to stop to grab anything. We were unfortunately just taking a quick stop through the town on our way to someplace else. Didn't get to use the kitchen at all, but the shower had fantastic water pressure (even better than ours back home). Hope to be back, the area is beautiful especially in fall with Letchworth state park. This was our first time at their house but not first in the area. Hopefully we will be back where we can stay longer.
