Amazing apartment right in the center of Kas. Spacious, full of light. The location is perfect — it's very easy to get anywhere from it. Restaurants are just a couple of minutes away, beach is 15 min away, supermarkets and bus station across the street, grocery shop righ beside. Probably the best located apartment in Kas i've been to. Before arriving I was a bit worried that there might be a smell of gasoline due to the gas station right under the windows, but there was no problem with it at all. Huge thanks to Seda, she is a truly super host. She and her husband were very helpful. We have asked for a few extra pieces of tablewhare and a couple of new lightbulbs, and Seda brought everything the very next morning — it helped to make out stay extra comfortable. Huge, huge thanks. Highly recommend.

First of all, we would like to thank our hosts Safiye and Apo for their hospitality and good advice about the area from the first moment to the last. The 🌸 house has a magnificent view, as described in the descriptions and seen in the photos, waking up to such a beautiful view every morning was just one of the best parts of our accommodation experience. The house was spotless, the kitchen had all the items that could be needed, the details were thoughtfully thought out and had a perfect decoration. We came with our own car, we did not have any problems with parking, it takes a few minutes by car to get to the bazaar and the sea, and there is also a short route on foot for those without a car. Thank you so much for everything, it is a home that we will definitely want to come back to and I would sincerely recommend it to anyone.

We rented a house for a week. Located in the mountains. Very clean air. The house is fenced, no one sees you. There is soft green grass on the territory, a clean swimming pool, a grill area, sunbeds and a swing. The house is clean and stylish, lots of dishes, there is a dishwasher and oven. Each room is air-conditioned. Everything was great, clean. Thank you for your hospitality, helpful host and his father. We will definitely come back again. There is a beautiful landscape around the house. A comfortable stay . ❤️

What a stunning spot!!! Gorgeous views, patio facing the sunset, beautiful pool, our very own personal sea access, private and quiet location, lovely kitchen and ample ample space for a large group. Hilary was a great host and made us feel welcome before we had even arrived. We will be back again!!

The place was a palace, we’ve felt like royalty! The pool was nice, functional kitchen, AC, lots of space and a great view to enjoy it all. You need to get a car to go around Kaş, there is a parking space!

We spent a fantastic getaway in this particularly well-kept villa. The view was wonderful and you could look at beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The decor was very tasteful and all well equipped. Askin and Okan also left nothing to be desired and were always helpful. We will definitely come back. Thanks for the nice days 💖

If you want to be near to the village it is a great location. It was a great base if I want to stay in , plenty of areas to relax, also close to be back on an a night safely. Close to the beach, restaurant ,beach clubs , nightlife. I was aware during the day the road , which is narrow and was hardly used for cars , has got a lot busier. I walked through the back streets. The hosts were very helpful prior to going with transfer. I got into Kalkan early hours . So flexible check in. Host communicated with transfers pick up location. If you have been before you know the Turkish people will be very helpful . I wish the host a successful year 💕

We’ve looked for years to find the perfect place to stay in Kalkan & for us this was it! Right in the heart of the old town within easy walking distance of wonderful restaurants & quirky shops. It was lovely to arrive back after an amazing meal in one of the local restaurants & relax on the terrace before going to bed in one of the lovely comfy beds! The property was exactly like the pictures & there were many lovely touches. It was nice not having to shop on arrival as there were ingredients for breakfast, including bread, coffee & most importantly , wine ( not for breakfast 😂) We definitely hope to be back.

fabulous villa and Anna and team make themselves available to ensure all your needs are catered for to have a fun and relaxing holiday. The villa was clean on arrival and very well equipped. Location is no more than a short taxi ride (£5) into town and local supermarkets are within a short walk. Public beach club is a few minutes walk if you fancy a dip in the sea + a good selection of private beach clubs are scattered around Kalkan if you want a change scenery- we loved Lures hotel beach club a few minutes walk from the villa. Huge thanks for a fantastic holiday.

I can say that it was the best house we have stayed in so far, it was immaculate and complete when we received the house. The host Ms. Saime and her family are excellent people. First of all, the location of the house is great, 5 minutes from Kalkan center and Kaputas beach. We did not have any problems because there are also chain markets very close. The shower, pool, jacuzzi of the house are perfect with everything. The pool is regularly cleaned and maintained. It has all the equipment needed for the barbecue, the kitchen supplies are not missing, everything you are looking for. The price is extraordinarily affordable. I have one thing to say to those who are thinking about staying here, extend your permissions as much as you can because you won't want to leave this house. Thank you so much for being a nice host to Ms. Saime and her family.

It would be hard to find a better place to stay in Kas. We loved every aspect - the spaciousness of the apartment, the layout of rooms ( two floors, 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms), the details (great screens to shade the rooms), the fact it felt like home and excellent instructions about the apartment and Kas from Lars. We so enjoyed our stay and recommend the apartment highly. And the outside cats and dogs!

Loved our stay at Yakup’s 1 bedroom apartment! It was as described with views from its terrace of Kalkan bay. It had all the necessary facilities: kitchen had a filtered water tap so that saved on having to haul heavy water bottles back. Really comfy bed too. Visiting Sept/ Oct, the resort on where Yakup’s place is was really quiet, no problem getting sunbeds, whether it was around one of the 2 outdoor pools that were open or along the ledges directly leading to the sea. Great we could use the resort facilities for free and there was a discount for food/drink. The shuttle bus was useful if we’d have struggled with the steps up and down from the pools to the apartment, there were many which we climbed daily, That is Kalkan though! Supermarket on site if needed and, as the apartment is at the top end of the resort it made walking into Kalkan town really easy, along the old road, with amazing views too. Yakup was very communicative, great host. We’ll definitely be back!

Communicative host, easy self check in with good instructions. Comfortable, spacious and clean apartment. Everything we needed (3 adults) including washing machine, dishwasher and all facilities for cooking. Fabulous location and amazing view - layout of the apartment suits best use of the balcony/view and equally quiet and dark bedrooms. Easy walk downhill into town (haha till the walk back up) but all was great. Easy parking at the top of the street. All in all a fabulous stay, big thanks to Hatice

Wow what an incredible place! Our first time visiting Kalkan as a family of 5! Our 3 children absolutely loved the villa, the pool and Kalkan. The villa is located out of the way up the mountain side, a 15 minute walk into the town down very steep hills, easy to get a can back up at any time. The villa…. Wow what can I say, absolutely spotless, easy access and loads and loads of space. Such a perfect place and such great hosts. The host was so easy to contact if I required anything which was so good to rely on. I highly recommend this Beautiful villa in one of the most perfect places to visit in the world. Thank you so much for having us, we will defiantly be back in the future. P.s we had the most perfect days on a boat trip (the Falcan). We spent 6 hours or so stopping at certain islands for a swim and the most perfect lunch, it was truly a great experience. 2 excellent restaurants we ate at, the Berahamas I think, excellent steak dinner and the Doy Doy restaurant.

We had a pleasant stay at Hayri's place, and we couldn't have asked for a better host. Hayri's warm and friendly welcome during check-in immediately made us feel at home. He took the time to give us a detailed tour of the house, which we appreciated. The location of the property was exactly as described in the listing. Having our own car made it convenient to explore the town and its surroundings. However, it's important to note that Hayri's place is situated in the elevated part of town. While this provides scenic views, it might require a bit of effort if you plan to walk back to the house, especially for those who prefer a flat terrain. Overall, our stay was comfortable, and we found the accommodation to be well-maintained. If you're looking for a welcoming host and don't mind the uphill walk, Hayri's place is a good choice for your stay.

Amazing place! Great terrace, apartment is well equipped, several beach clubs and grocery shop near by. The only downside was getting there - the instructions were not clear and local drivers could not find it. However, we would definitely return next time!
