The most important feature of our apartment is its unique location in Beşkaza square, which is the biggest square and the most central location of Fethiye. It is 20 meters from the sea and with 2+1 room capacity, 6 people can stay in high level comfort. Our apartment, which is in a zero, elevator apartment, has many equipment such as washing machine, dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, TV, hair dryer, iron, kitchenware, tea and Turkish coffee machine. It has a wifi speed of 100 Mbps. It has 24-hour hot water facilities.

Our apartment is located in a private building with security cameras and has all the furniture to meet your needs. Nr.8 - 3+1 Duplex with Spacious Sea View in the Center

The apartment utilizes the top two storeys of our three storey family building. The first floor has two bathrooms and three bedrooms, while the upper floor has a spacious living room, a washroom, a kitchen and a large terrace that offers a wide view of the Fethiye Bay. The top floor underwent renovation in the summer of 2019, though the house itself is 25 years old and in very good condition.

Brand new apartment near center

Brand new non-smoking furnished flat on the edge of the woodland. Five minutes from the centre and fifteen minutes from the most beautiful beaches. It is a quiet and serene area on the ground floor. The site includes its own pool. We will make your stay as comfortable as possible. We accept families with one kid. (There is a couch/sofa that 1 extra person can easily sleep.)
