Monthly Rentals in Gold Coast

Most enjoyable, close to everything we needed. Unit could do with some tlc, but did not hamper our stay. A few more directions to parking bay would have been handy. But all in all would easily stay there again - 5 stars

I just absolutely loved Marilyn's place. I traveled solo, and this was perhaps the best solo Airbnb experience, although it would work for couples. I thoroughly thought that the home was adequately equipped with everything I needed, and it was a short uber away for all the key destinations I wanted to go as it was a very central location. I think what made staying at Marilyn's place was Marilyn herself. She is such a kind and endearing person, I booked a year in advance, and although my dates changed a bit. I decided to just stick with Marilyn just based on her great communication. She was always a short call away if I needed anything and would often say hi to her as I left. She is very personable, and I find that is more and more rare as AirBnB hosts commercialize properties.

Friendly hosts very relaxed atmosphere, quirky and colourful art work only a 5 minute walk to the main street in Paradise Point. Would definitely stay again.

My partner & I had a great stay here at Avani. Andrew was extremely helpful & friendly which made checking in very easy. We enjoyed our stay and found the accommodation was exactly what we expected. The location was great for beach, cafes & shops.
