Monthly Rentals in Gorham

This is my 3rd year with Holly as a host where I stay and she has been great. This is my 2nd stay at this property and I find it very comfortable and I love all of the personal touches to make my stay feel welcome.

Shane was very helpful to our needs. Accommodating and responsive. We stayed there for 5 months and felt right at home. Comfortable and cozy furniture, Kitchen fully stocked and many extras. Would highly recommend.

This is the fourth time we stayed at the school house in the last two years. We love staying here when we don't take our two Goldens with us. The house is very welcoming, clean, quiet and close to a lot of place we hike at and visit. We'll be back at some point.

Our stay was fantastic. The property is serene, offering a peaceful retreat with plenty of space to spread out and feel completely at home, whether you’re traveling solo or with a group. What really stood out to us was the level of thoughtfulness in every detail—from the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy corners throughout the house. The highlight for us, traveling with young children (2.5 and 1.5 years old), was the dedicated play area in the living room, filled with toys and books for a wide range of ages. Our little ones were thrilled! On the 2nd day of our stay, a minor hiccup occurred when landscapers unexpectedly arrived at the cottage. We notified the hosts, and they responded immediately, apologizing profusely for the oversight. Not only did they rush over in person to make things right, but they also went out of their way to offer us thoughtful gestures to ensure our stay remained enjoyable. Their genuine care & hospitality made a lasting impression - will be happy to return!
